Maybelline Fit Me Concealer

I lusted over the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer for so long and then I saw this affordable option being compared to it, so I decided to pick it and give it a go.

If you're in need of a good quality, affordable concealer then I highly recommend this one!

Maybelline Fit Me is extremely lightweight with a liquid-y texture, this means it's perfect for under the eyes or highlighting because it doesn't feel heavy, look cakey or dry to a matte finish. I really enjoy using this for brightening up my under eye area if I need to, it's got a great yellow tone and blends so beautifully. The finish of this concealer is more natural, somewhat satin. The coverage is light/medium but I haven't tried to build it up so am unsure of how well it performs. The shade range is very limited, I have Light and this works perfectly on my medium tan skin tone as a highlight/brightener.

I don't usually like doe-foot applicators but actually quite enjoy this one because it's so small. It allow me to get right up under my eye and into my inner corner, it also doesn't deposit too much product which is always appreciated.

Overall I think this is a great concealer. I honestly do not reach for it much any more though because I have a new love for It Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye, but I will still use this if I need that extra bright boost. I don't personally think this would be good for spot concealing or pigmentation concealing as it is quite liquid-y, I think a more solid texture works best for that.

I have this in 015 Fair (which is more pink toned and a bit lighter than 010 Light). It's a pretty good match for me, but not quite light enough to be brightening when I need this. This is quite a light and liquidy texture that blends well, and I like the doe foot applicator. It's a reasonably light coverage and blends well, but sometimes it doesn't provide enough coverage for what I want. Better for undereyes than blemishes. It's a solid enough concealer for the price, so I'll probably buy it again, but I am still on the hunt for something better.

I have this concealer in the shade medium and it is a great match for spots. The formula of this is very pigmented but it doesn't go cakey. It's smooth and also not too thick. I find this very blendable and stays well throughout the day.

I would consider buying a lighter shade for my under eyes but mainly I've been using it for spots I want to conceal and red parts of my face such as around my nose.

This is a good concealer which has good coverage. I find that it covers any redness I have on my cheeks and also most of my acne scars. It is not super high coverage as I do need to apply a couple of layers on some of my pimples and acne scars to completely cover them. I like how this concealer is also really brightening and good for hiding dark under eyes.

The consistency of the concealer is on the thinner side for a concealer which makes it easy to blend and apply. This also means it's great used as a highlighter or sharpening up lines under the brow bone or around your lips.

The concealer comes in a rectangle tube with a doe foot applicator. I find the doe foot applicators the best as it allows you to pick up the right amount of product that you need. They are also really easy to use as you can either dot the concealer or swipe it in a streak.

There is a good range of shades to choose from. You can even get a concealer one or two shades lighter than your skin tone if you wanted to use it as a highlighter.

Overall this was a good concealer, it's not the highest coverage concealer but it is affordable, works well and is easy to blend. I would purchase this again.

This far by my favorite liquid concealer. The formula is very blendable, it has medium coverage and doesn't end up being cakey.

I use this every day to cover my dark under eye circles and as an eyeshadow base. It keeps my shadow in place, so I love using it as a base.

The price won't actually hurt your savings and it's worth keeping in your everyday makeup routine.

This is actually a fairly good product. I have been using it instead of my cheap consealer pallet and the coverage of the fit me is better. I actually find the coverage quite good so I am a bit confused as to why they have described it as natural and translucent. I like that this product does not block up your pores. It brightens as well as covers. I quite like the applicator but It makes me think it is not very hygienic because you apply the stuff using the applicator then it does back in so if you had bacteria from acne or something then it could contaminate the rest of the product and or spread to the res of your face thus causing more break outs. My advice ladies is not to share products like these. Other wise I like the product it blends okay too.

Having two young kids I need to use a concealer under my eyes nowadays. Lack of sleep, dehydration and lack of time means a nappy bag isn't the only bag I'm carrying.. my eyes are packing bags too.

I usually use a different maybelline concealer but had to default to this one on my last visit to farmers as my usual was not available. It was affordable and the colour matched so I thought it wasn't too much of a risk to try.

I was pleasantly surprised. It's good. Not as good as my usual but still a nice concealer.

It's easy enough to apply with a wand. The hygiene factor doesn't really bother me my usual has an attached applicator so it doesn't really make a difference as something is still touching my skin. It's not really going on my eyes - I would be more concerned with mascara wands for example.. but this just dabs onto the skin and then I use my fingers to pat it around. Perhaps if you have blemishes to cover this might me more of a worry.

I found it to be a light non greasy formula that has a decent amount of coverage. Definitely gives a natural look it blends quick and easily and leaves the skin feeling like it can breathe. Nothing worse than a product sitting on top of your skin clogging it. This light formula spread and covers easily without being dry or greasy so I was really surprised.

Definitely an amazing buy for my morning routine. If you want a heavier coverage maybe test this out first. For night time I will use my favourite concealer but I think I could get away with using this too. So I do love that I could use this day or night it definitely doesn't just disappear into my skin but doesn't just sit there either it blends nicely.

Pretty good product and has lasted me ages too. Good coverage and reasonable price. Would probably buy again.

I find this concealer pretty average to be honest. I mainly use a concealer under my eyes to cover my birthmark. The concealer creases, not just a little bit but a lot. The coverage is good but I really don’t like the finish. I’ve tried applying it with different types of applicators but nothing makes a difference

Light enough with good coverage! I tend to use this one when my acne is at it's worst but I don't want to be a cake-face. While it's not my #1 concealer it's certainly good enough! I tend not to use it for my under-eyes, as it has a tendency to crease a little there, but everywhere else it is a godsend!
