Maybelline Fit Me Foundation Review

I use this foundation everyday, I find that it blends well and gives a even coverage. However I feel as if I am using a significant amount of product for a thin layer. It is also quite an oily product.

I used this for a while and whilst the shade was good I found it made my skin (naturally a little oily) really oily and I was having to use oil blotters to get rid of that shiny oily face look. Might be O.K for somebody with a non oily complexion.

I have been using FITme shade 225 for the past year or so, I use it everyday with a light layer for going to work to iron out the imperfections then in the weekends i tend to apply it a bit thicker when going out to get optimum coverage, it feels nice and light on my skin and is easy to blend,, with it only be around the $25-$30 mark it is a nice cheap foundation that does what it says it will.

There are so many colour options, I wasn't sure which one actually fit me! When I made my choice I was a little unsure that I'd chosen the right one. It turned out to be a good match, but there were so many others...Anyhoo, I found that it was too runny for my liking (as I found with the BB cream). I'd have to tap the bottle a few times to get it to come out, then it would all come out at once, so I found I was going through it quite quickly & had to replace it every 4 weeks. The coverage was good though, I applied it with a foundation brush to make the blending easier. My skin felt a bit tight after using it, not sure why. It lasted well on my skin, which is combination with both oily & dry patches. The main reason I stopped using it was that it was too expensive to keep topping up every month as well as having to buy the matching powder.

Really didnt like this at all, it felt and looked oily and my skin broke out a few days after I began using it. I could only make it wearable by putting the fit me powder over it. Would only use now as a back up if I ran out of foundation.

I love this foundation, it's been hard for me to find a foundation that fits my skin. This foundation goes on so smooth, I didn't find it to be thick like other foundations I've used and the colour seems to be so perfect for my skin tone. It lasts all day and comes of easy.

I really enjoyed the extensive range for this product, which made it easy to find my shade. However, it did not last long on my blemished skin, and found myself needing to reapply after a few hours. Furthermore, the product came out quite runny and felt thick and sat on top of the skin. The yellow undertones don't work for my winter skin, but I have found this to be very good for mixing in the summer to get a great shade.

Great coverage, but found it needed reapplying frequently. Quite a runny consistency. Best used with a foundation brush. Great value for money

Unlike most foundations that I have tried, I found this foundations colour range is so good!! The coverage is light, which personally I don't like. I found that it didn't last very long on my skin
