When they brought out the fit me matte, I was a little excited to see if it would settle as a true matte without going cakey, but low and behold it caked up badly around the nose and mouth area, looking perfectly matte after applying but an hour later those oily areas broke though and by the end of the day it had dragged across patches. This is all with the additon of a lightweight primer and a mineral setting powder. I'm no spring chicken to makeup and kind of know what I am doing and know that this was just not right.
It didn't however (thank goodness for the primer I think) sink into and clog my pores so my skin remained nice and unblemished but it just isn't a product I like the finish off or did it do what I wanted it to.
I thought this would be a great shade for me as I usually find foundation shades hard to match. however the colour I chose didn't match my skin it was very light compared to the bottle. which I was quite surprised about since this is advertised at "women of colour" I am half islander/half kiwi.
the formula is runny and goes on very light, I found it wasn't even great to use as a base product. it stuck into all my pores and wasn't quite right, it also left my oily skin feeling very greasy.
Tips: wasn't suitable for my oily skin!
