I decided to buy this foundation after seeing the ads about it thinking it sounds pretty good and looks easy to use. I used it once, and haven't used it again and is now gathering dust in my makeup draw. The reasons I did not like this product is the colour did not look good, it made me look quite tan in the face even though the colour I picked was the right shade for me, and I found it to be oily and not have a all day nice finish. I definitely would not recommend to my friends or anyone looking for a new brand to try.

I bought this product whilst on holiday overseas and it was on sale really cheap. But even at the lower price I bought it at, I just couldn't find myself liking it.
The colour match was ok - not great, but fine enough to wear. I wouldn't wear it alone; I had a powder over top to blend the colour. The coverage was also fine for what I was wanting as I do not like a heavy coverage.
What really turned me off this product is that it dried out and looked quite cakey on (even though it was not a heavy coverage). I cannot stand the feeling of dried out makeup or the look of it either (as I always wear a powder overtop - this product just made the powder look dry).
I am not saying this is a bad product overall - it just did not suit my skin. If you are able to get it on sale, it would be worth giving it a go as the coverage would suit everyday wear. But for me, this product just did not work.
Tips: Can dry out and feel heavy - use a mist over top.
Yes this product worked as a foundation. However, I found it to be blotchy and not long lasting. I would definitely not recommend this product for anyone with oily skin as this is just going to slide around on your face. If you're looking for a matte foundation, don't bother with this one :)

Bought this from the supermarket as i couldn't get to farmers in time to get my usual foundation.
On applying the product it went on well a tad oily for my liking but was okay. The colour was a bit dark but nothing a lighter powder couldn't fix.
The problem i had was with lasting.. The coverage wasn't great and it product just didn't last on my face. I found that it went patchy in and weird coloured in places and just left me desperate for my usual foundation.
I wouldn't recommend this product personally, But hey each to their own i say.
A few years ago I managed to find Fit Me in the shade 110 at a clearance makeup sale and it was perfect for my skin tone. Ever since then I've never found 110. I asked Maybelline and apparently the shade doesnt exist now. Its very disappointing that the colour range doesnt cater to the many fair skinned girls out there. You can NEVER find the next shade up 115 in shops, and the 120 you can find is way to dark for me. They may say they have 18 shades - but only 6 are available in NZ. You cant even find shades for dark skin. I loved the formula, the coverage and longevity though. Such a shame.
Tips: Use like any other foundation. Apply primer first, and powder afterwards.
Although it is super light weight and feels nice on, throughout the day I found it to make me look oily. The product didn't stay in place well even with using a primer and setting powder on top. Oily areas on my skin like around my nose and mouth didn't hold the product well. If you have oily skin, this wouldn't be my first pick for you.
Similar experience with the FitMe pressed powder. This was not super cakey but not really natural either, staying powder was not great and I needed to powder my nose constantly even with primer and setting powder. It's an okay foundation but I would probably recommend another product over this one.
The Maybelline Fit Me Foundation is one which I have been wanting to try out for a while now, but I have found myself quite disappointed with it. The coverage is extremely light and luminous, thus terrible at covering up any imperfections or tonal inconsistencies. I had to apply several layers, as well as concealer and powder, to achieve a finish I was happy with, only to have the foundation appear greasy and decidedly un-'flawless' after a few hours. It's redeeming qualities are the excellent range of tones, the wide availability, and the SPF protection included in the formula.
Tips: If your skin is naturally clear and you're looking for a product to enhance luminosity whilst offering light coverage, this may be a good option to explore. Be careful of the runny formula when opening for the first time, and I would recommend a finishing powder in order to set the foundation once applied.
When I began using this foundation I was very undecided about whether I liked it or not. After using it for a while and also trying out other foundations I decided it really wasn't for me. The colour selection is not the best and all the shades seem to be dark and slightly orange/yellow toned. I tended to find that about half way through the day it would oxidise leaving my face a horrible orange colour. The coverage is very light and sheer so if your looking for high coverage this is not for you. If you have oily skin STAY AWAY as it will not do you any justice!!!
I've read a lot of reviews on this foundation, mainly from beauty bloggers, but now I'm starting to believe they just back up whoever pays them. Disappointing.
I got this from farmers, the price is reasonable for the amount you get, and the lady at the counter told me what colour to get, and how my skin would be perfect. I was extremely excited. Taking in mind that I have combination skin, so some of the areas on my face can get quite oily.
This foundation didn't last on my face for too long, it melts quickly, and although it blends it nicely in the beginning, it doesn't stay that way unless you put some setting powder on top. It really was depressing for someone with my type of skin.
I didn't like putting powder on every 3 hours when out on a long day, and I certainly couldn't powder my dry areas. So now, I have a half oily, half matte face.
I still have a pretty full bottle, i'll use it to mix foundations etc, but never wearing it alone again!
Tips: If you have oily skin, stay away
