Maybelline Fit Me Foundation Review

I used in Shade 325 'Light Beige.' I have light olive skin with warm/yellow undertones. Oily skin, oily/combo in Winter months.

This foundation really isn't for me. It does provide a light breathable coverage, and let's your natural skin show through. But it slipped off during the day and I was very oily at the end of the day. And I figure if I'm going to opt for a lighter coverage, I might as well just use a BB cream which is less effort to apply.

While it looks great when you first put it on, it just doesn't really have any staying power. Though to it's credit, it doesn't say that it's meant to be long lasting. Though who wants to apply foundation more than once a day??

I think the range of shades is great and the fact it's SPF 18 is wonderful too, but I think that for someone with really oily skin like me, this probably isn't the foundation for you.

This was the Foundation I used, and at the time I liked it but since using a few different other foundations I wouldn't use it again, it made my skin look so oily and has barely any coverage, although my sister also used it and she has flawless skin and it look great on her

I didn't enjoy this foundation one bit. I picked it up at the supermarket when I ran out of my regular foundation. I'm a medium to full coverage gal. This foundation is light-medium coverage and I wouldn't say that it's build able. It's extremely runny and I find that it either cakes up or goes streaky on my face.

One the upside there is a very good color range for this foundation by Maybelline which is awesome because it absolutely sucks when you go to get a foundation and their color range is minimal. It's also quite affordable. This foundation would be great for a beginner or for some one who was wanting a light application with minimal coverage.

The colour did match my skin well, the consistency was good however when applying with a brush it was very streaky, even after buffing. Also it made my face very shiny.

This is a good medium coverage foundation for my combination/oily skin. It is quite fluid which makes it easy to apply with a sponge, brush or fingers. I find it covers most of my freckles, dark circles and fine lines without any problems or need for concealer. The little glass bottle is pretty enough to sit on my dressing table and because I don't need a lot to cover my whole face I find that it lasts me quite a long time. I would say that it is good value for money however if you need a heavier coverage there are better foundations out there for a similar price.

i loved the finish this product gave, the longevity of wear and colour match.It was easy to buff into the skin or to build up into full coverage. its also hard to find a good foundation in nz for under $50 i find! unfortunately it was way to oily for my skin and i break out everytime i try to use it, i wish my skin loved it like i do!!

I found this foundation to be a bit of a disappointment. It is a light liquid foundation, but does not give much coverage and feels quite oily on my face. This foundation also has a very orange tone to it, and no matter how little I applied the product it wasn't very blend able. I enjoyed the fit me concealer, and was hoping to see the same quality in this product. This foundation definitely has a light consistency to it, and I would say it has the coverage more like a BB cream rather than a foundation. After re-using this with a beauty blender, I found that the foundation was a lot more blendable and sat nicely on my skin. The coverage was too light for me though, and only lasted for a few hours before going patchy in areas around my nose and chin.

I only need light coverage from foumdations, and on the rare occasion medium coverage, and i found this product done just the right job. First off - i love that they have so many colour tones for different skin. This foundation easily took away the appearance of dark under-eyes, and any light pimples/blemishes i had. Love how you don't have to use a lot for it to look good, it blended in with my skin well and went on so easily. would definitely use it again! however, maybe not for people who want medium - heavy coverage all the time.

This product was not that great for my dry/oily skin. It does feel fresh and natural but it doesn't feel or look flawless to me. I would use it if I was going for a quick trip to the shop or the beach but thats about it. I wouldnt purchase it again..
