Maybelline Great Lash Mascara Review

I've used this product on and off for years, I find I always go back to it, which is funny as it can be clumpy and thick. I have long lashes but they're almost blonde at the tips and I find this mascara brings out the length of them nicely. I think for the price and what I get out of it, I'll keep on using the product.

This is an amazingly cheap mascara, I got mine for $8 from a make up sale. It actually doesn't have any clumps, which is good as most of the cheap ish side of mascaras are clumpy. I really like this wand, I feel like it gets all my lashes even the hand ones in the corners

I am forever searching for that holy grail of mascaras, and unfortunately this is not it. However having said that, it is an incredibly trusty side-kick.

It has a great price tag so makes it one of the most affordable mascaras. It doesn't give a great deal of volume, but it certainly coats the lashes beautifully (even the tips) so gives a great lengthening effect.

The small brush makes applying to the lower lashes really easy too.

i used this back in the day i remember this was this one of maybe the very first of Maybelline Mascara to come out and i used it all the time but gosh did it smell and yea it did clumb up my lashes lol but when i was younger i don't think i minded so much. and it was cheep as chips back then. so glad there is more of a selection now days but it is still hard to decide witch one to get.

This was one of my first make up products i got when I was about 15. It is a great basic mascara for people who just want a little more added to their lashes. I still use this as my handbag mascara for times i need a quick freshen up.

I have to admit I have on used this product once, but that once was more than enough! I borrowed my sisters one a week ago and my poor poor eyelashes. There were clumps, they eyelashes stuck together, and when I removed the mascara I was saddened to see that it pulled out a tonne of eyelashes, I was not impressed I had at least 15 eyelashes fall out of each eye. Also I found this product let off a smell, I didn't even realize it until my boyfriend asked what that smell was. I will NOT be using this product again. EVER. What's worse is that my sister SWEARS by this product. To be truthful, I believe she remembers the hype and how trendy this mascara used to be, and this result hasn't happened to her.

This is a tried and true product. My Mum always has this in her makeup bag! Its affordable, doesnt clump on the lashes, and seems to last all day. While its no lash extender, it definately does the trick. A pretty coloured bottle and applicator too, so you can always find it!

I brought this product a while back purely based on the fact because I needed a new one. I have to say it is one of the best mascara's I have ever used. I love the smaller brush and how easy it is to define all your lashes and cover those hard to reach lashes. It makes my lashes look longer and darker. I would recommend this product to anyone. I think it is a great buy and definably easy and smooth to use

I tried this when it was purchased for me as a gift.

I was terribly impressed. I naturally have quite thick, long lashes and i felt that this mascara was quite watery and tended to make my lashes look gluggy and short, whereas other mascara's would make them thick, have volume and long.

The pink packaging is cute and appealing. Only a very thin layer is required, otherwise you'll end up having weighed down lashes, you almost have to wipe the sides of the applicator brush to wipe the clumps off before applying.

I wouldn't purchase this mascara for myself after trying it.

I like it because it lengthens lashes and not overpowering , nice natural look. The flaws on the other hand is that it smudges with moisture , it leaves marks on the eyelids. In saying that this means that its easy to remove no wear n tear on your eyelashes. For the price its definitly value for money as it lasts a long time.
