This was the first mascara I brought for myself out of my very first paycheck, I was super excited and still to this day always have a pink bottle with its vivid green lid poking out of my makeup storage. I'm not sure if its a nostalgia thing but it does work very well as an all rounder, everyday mascara. Its good value and has super cute packaging which lasts, a tube can last me 3-6 months. The formula is rich and one stroke gives your lashes an even coverage without clumps or smudging. At the end of the day clean up is easy too as it comes away with the use of just one makeup remover wipe.

Not a fan on this product. If you like very wet mascaras this is probably good for you, but myself, I like a mascara which is a little more dry and doesn't transfer onto my upper lid when I blink, it takes a while to set and dry. Also I found the brush way to small, it was actually a pain to use ,as I had to dip it into the product many times. The packaging wasn't appealing either. I think it would be best to save a few extra dollars to buy a different Mabelline mascara- the brand does make other fabulous mascaras.
Tips: Best for bottom lashes. But preferably save up your dollars and buy a different Maybelline Mascara!
I've used so many different mascaras over the years, top end brands included and keep coming back to Great Lash.
Tips: Brush up from roots to ends, do the other eye, then go back to brush down from top of lashes. It seems to give those few seconds to 'set' then add the final coat for amazing lashes!
My mum bought me this as my first mascara so naturally I thought it was the best, but since then I have tried many other mascaras, some better and some way worse! It was good at separating my lashes but not so good at volumizing. Still good for someone new to makeup though :)
Tips: Probably best for your bottom lashes
This is a good, cheap mascara to keep as a spare at work or in a handbag. It's ok, I like the brush a lot, although its not my favourite mascara because it is a bit thin and takes a while to dry. Having said that, it is good value. It's always worth spending a bit more on a quality mascara that thicken, darkens and lasts longer.
Tips: Never ever zoom the brush up and down in the mascara, it will dry it out really fast!
I do love the wand size of this mascara. Its great for those of us in the stumpy lash department. Its nice and black and the waterproof formula is very very waterproof but it doesn't offer much in way of lengthening of volume.
Its ok, its nice and cheap, but don't believe the hype about it being holy grail.
After all the hype I thought this would be a really good product. It was nothing special and I much prefer my usual mascara. I wouldn't recommend it and I wouldn't use it again. It didnt really lengthen or thicken my lashes.
Tips: Don't bother!
Meh. Had better, had worse. It really doesn't deserve the hype. It doesn't lengthen, it doesn't particularly thicken or volumise. Just, meh.
Tips: Buy something else. Maybelline have much better mascaras, I don't understand why they push this one still.
I've used this mascara myself and found that it doesn't really make a huge difference to the eyelashes (so I presume too thin?) and after a month or so any subsequent uses give rise to clumps, at which point I just tossed it out. Disappointing as Maybelline often makes great mascaras but oh well. The price range is attractive!
Tips: It's cheap but not amazing. Try Maybelline Falsies Flared or any of the Volume Express range which I also reviewed.
This product gives you thin miserable lashes - I don't know why anyone buys it when Maybelline and L'Oreal have much better products for not that much more $.
Tips: Spend a bit more and get a much better product, like Volum Express.
