Maybelline Great Lash Mascara Review

Good product, I do find myself buying it again because I know what it does. I like the way I get a small amount of coverage that I can build up with my own layers to get the desired look, a nice change from mascaras which overload on the first go! I do find it tends spread lashes well, but only with a few clumps. It comes off easily which is good, but it does tend to run occasionally so for this reason I don't use it as an everyday mascara. Always good to have around, reliable product!

I love that this mascara has a narrow brush, as it is easier to put on. However the formula is very wet and I seem to get it everywhere, more so than other mascaras. I don't want to waste it by wiping on a tissue first, so I just go really carefully. Also, don't wait too long between coats as it sets hard.

This mascara I didn't like, I got it thinking it was going to be amazing but all I got was disappointment. It didn't make my lashes any bigger at all like some of their other range. Love the colour of the packaging but that's where it stops for me. Will not buy this again it just sits in my make up case now.

This is one of my friends favourites, so I was expecting great things! I love the price, very inexpensive. It did give good coverage and didn't seem to clump but I did notice it flake on my face a little and had rubbed black rings under my eyes with wearing it all day. . .not a day to night mascara! It thickened my lashes but did not give much length.

This is a fairly average product. I honestly don't see what the hype is about here… For the price, there are better products out there. This is a good starting point for a natural look, maybe for a first-time makeup wearer, but I personally didn't think it made much difference to the look of my bare lashes.

The biggest drawcard for this mascara is how it is available in supermarkets. That is extremely handy when you are not near a pharmacy. I found it to be an okay product, nothing amazing, but reasonably priced too.

I use this for school since it's not too extreme and it's easy to wash off. Like most mascaras it last a long time and it's not clumpy. Very simple brush but it's good for when your not trying to look too out there.

Not the best mascara out there, but for the price it's pretty good. Coverage good and long lasting.

This mascara has been around for a very long time, and there is a reason for that! This mascara performs well as a day-time mascara. I find that it gives good volume and length for a nice more-than-subtle daytime look, but is lacking for the night time look! There are better mascaras out there for the WOW look.

This is a great everyday mascara. I have tried lots of different ones over the years however always come back to this as for the price I don't think you can get better.
