Maybelline Great Lash Mascara Review

I have had great success with Maybelline Great Lash Mascara. My natural lashes are medium length and completly straight with no natural curl. I find that this mascara really lengthens my lashes and helps to hold curl created by an eyelash curler. It does not create any curl but obviously it does not claim to do this. It also makes my lashes very black which I really like. It doesn't clump either, and seperates my lashes well. Overall I am very impressed and would repurchase.

The majority of my friends used this growing up, I fail to see why they'd choose to continue buying even to this day. The times I have used it I found difficult to apply without managing to get it everywhere else as well. The formula is very wet and makes it very difficult to get the desired effect, especially with my mid-length straight lashes.

I used this mascara for years, particularly while I was at school as it was affordable and was great just to add a wee bit of colour and length to my lashes. Since then I use it very rarely as I have the money to splurge on other mascaras but I find that it is an easy more natural look on days where I don't feel like wearing makeup at all. It doesn't clump up and the mixture is quite wet which makes me like it too.

I used this mascara a lot in my teen years as well as all my friends in the school, not sure why we all choose this particular one over all the others, but we did (maybe because of the fun green-pink packaging?).

It doesn't clump my lashes and gives a nice natural look, not overly done and I really like that finish. I find it very easy to use, lasts the whole day with some minor creases but with my age I wouldn't want anyone to find this tube of mascara in my possession.

It was my first ever mascara and I loved it, but I've just grown out of it.

I used to purchase this from Farmers particularly when I was in high school. The packaging was fun, bright and bold and it seemed popular within my friends too.

The fact you could get two for the price of one was a bonus!

Over the years I have found this mascara to be fab, it is so easy to apply, gives a good coverage without been clumpy or thick.

It never extended the length of my eyelashes but it was a perfect mascara for day to day use.

I wouldn't reccomend this for someone looking for a thick or lengthening mascara

I did enjoy using this mascara, especially for high school. It was my go to mascara. It separated my lashes, leaving them with no clumps throughout. The main thing that drew me to this mascara was it's fun colourful packaging but once I used it I really loved it! It makes my eyelashes look so pretty with added length and boldness.

While this mascara did an awesome job separating my lashes with little clumping it added no length and little volume. I have quite short blonde lashes so i wouldn't recommended it to anyone with similar lashes to mine. But for anyone lucky enough to be gifted with lengthy lashes with medium to full volume this is good for a boost and colour.

This is an amazing product for people who want just a little volume and length without looking too dramatic. I have naturally quite long lashes so this is a great everyday product to use. However, if you have not so long lashes, I definitely would not recommend this. I like the small brush that could be easily swiped on without any clumps leftover.

This is the first mascara I ever used and I recommend it as a starter if you are just starting experiment with makeup and wanna look natural. I wouldn't go for the waterproof one though. And if you are looking for a volumising mascara....don't look here, try the Volum Express range :)

I liked this mascara when I knew nothing about make up. Tried it again once I knew more about make up as it is a cult classic and I was so sad. It made my lashes black, thats it. The formula is nothing special, the brush is nothing special, it caused my lashes to clump together. It adds nothing in the way of volume or length. A total let down
