Maybelline Great Lash Mascara Review

This mascara used to be my go-to mascara. It has a good brush, and the actual mascara doesn't dry out in the tube so it lasts for ages (even though I know you are supposed to change your mascara every month or so, I don't!)

It does however get a little bit flaky during the day. I now use Jordana Extreme lash as it is 1/4 of the price and I actually like it better!

As many other before me have said, I got hooked into this product as a teenager thanks to it's reputation as being a "classic", plus the great price.

Very good for darkening lashes, however I don't think it enhances length or volume at all. If you are blessed with long, think lashes then sure but if you want anything other than colour changed I wouldn't go here. Also it tended to flake off my eyelashes by the end of the day.

When I first got this mascara I didn't like it a lot as it clumps easily, but I have discovered since then that adding it to the outer edges of your eyelashes make for a great effect and use it every time I wear mascara, but as an all over mascara I wouldn't use it.

I keep coming back to this one, its not cakey or heavy, i have long lashes anyway so doesn't appear overly extended, nice subtle everyday look

I have had great success with Maybelline Great Lash Mascara. My natural lashes are medium length and completly straight with no natural curl. I find that this mascara really lengthens my lashes and helps to hold curl created by an eyelash curler. It does not create any curl but obviously it does not claim to do this. It also makes my lashes very black which I really like. It doesn't clump either, and seperates my lashes well. Overall I am very impressed and would repurchase.

I used this mascara for years, particularly while I was at school as it was affordable and was great just to add a wee bit of colour and length to my lashes. Since then I use it very rarely as I have the money to splurge on other mascaras but I find that it is an easy more natural look on days where I don't feel like wearing makeup at all. It doesn't clump up and the mixture is quite wet which makes me like it too.

I did enjoy using this mascara, especially for high school. It was my go to mascara. It separated my lashes, leaving them with no clumps throughout. The main thing that drew me to this mascara was it's fun colourful packaging but once I used it I really loved it! It makes my eyelashes look so pretty with added length and boldness.

Alyways a good go-to if I need a swipe of mascara, this is a great basic macara to use on a daily basis. It goes on and comes off easily, and is good value for money. I keep a tube in my desk at work for casual touch ups and its a good one to keep in your bag as well.

I used this product regularly as it was a affordable product and I would buy it again to use, but in saying that if I'm going out for the evening I prefer to use something else that is water proof and thicker, as I have found this product can be really thin.

I used this mascara religiously for years without too many issues. It's pretty reliable, but did clump my eyelashes a lot. Overall it's a pretty good day-to-day mascara.
