Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara Review

Great product! It's nice and smooth to put on, leaves my lashes looking full and long. No clumps at all!! Love the curved brush for getting all corners of the eye. It's probably at its best a week after opening it when the product has dried out a little as it's quite wet and a little messy at first. Tends to dry up after about 2 months but still useable.

This mascara has changed my life, I have been using this non stop over the past 6 months, already onto my second tube of the stuff! This Maybelline Lash Sensational, is beautifully packaged a Pink Rosey Gold colour really sleek and easy to hold. I have the blackest black colour, in the non waterproof formula. The brush is a silicone style with a slight bend in the brush which really helps to coat all of my lashes in just a couple of swipes. This mascara helps my lashes with length, and volume at the base of my lashes, no spidery, clumpy lashes in slight! The silicone bristles disperse the formula evenly, and I love how it has smaller bristles that are perfect for the lower lashes, you can get at them without getting mascara all over your face. To remove, I use a wet flannel and hold it over my closed eye for a few seconds, then gently wipe away, and its gone, so simple. But the mascara stays all day long, no fall out or smudging. I love this product and will buy this again and again!

I brought this mascara after hearing rave reviews for it. I am always on the hunt for a mascara that can make my eyelashes go from drab to fab and it's even better if a drug store product can do this.

This mascara retails for around $25 which is cheap considering other mascaras. It comes in a pearlescent pink tube, which is easy to hold. Perfect.

The formula is quite wet at the start, but it is creamy and the blackest black (my favourite). The mascara wand is nice, it is slightly curved, and it does a good job at coating the lashes.

I do find this coats lashes evenly on the first coat, but it doesn't give me the look I want after one coat, so I build it up. However, when I build the mascara up it does get a little clumpy which isn't ideal. I actually preferred this mascara after a month of using it when the formula had dried out a little, and I found this coated my lashes evenly, even when I was doing multiple coats.

I have finished my tube of this, but I will be repurchasing this product and trying it out again. I am still on the fence with this product but I feel like I could love it, so I will buy it and update this review then.

I used to try a new mascara each time I ran out, but this one has me committed! I've repurchased it at least 3 or 4 times now. The brush is great for fanning lashes out, making them look thick and long. Never clumps on the brush. Best of all it stays on lashes really well during the day, never any smudging. But when it comes time to wash off its easier to remove than others I've tried.

I pretty much have a drawer full of mascaras,some good and some not so good and after reading reviews about this one I thought,why not add another mascara to my stash.the first thing I didn't like was the wand type and style,I prefer a bigger rounder brush because in my opinion they do the job better.The second thing I didn't like about this mascara was the formula,I found it quite thick and gluggy and very hard to apply to my eyelashes.I did wipe some of the formula off on a tissue but it really didn't do much for my lashes and I also found that it tended to smear a little.I think if the brush was better it might work better but I won't be purchasing this one again sorry.

Of all the mascaras I have tried in my years of using mascaras, the Maybelline Lash Sensational has to be in my top 3!

What's not to love?? No clumping, no smudging, it separates the lashes and the brush is perfect for making sure each lash is covered from root to tip in the great mascara.

Most supermarkets sell it so it is easy to get your hands on, and is VERY reasonably priced!

I was looking forward to using this product as the reviews or posts of it were very luring however I found this item to be too wet which caused my lashes to clump & actually leave product on my lids when batting my lashes The wand wasn't my favorite & I feel sad having to say this. I even tried wiping the excess of with a tissue & loosened the lid to let it dry but nope then it just flaked on my face.

I love this mascara, I've been using it for the last few weeks and its perfect. I find it to be a really good consistency - it isn't clumpy at all, it coats my lashes really quickly and it's easy to build up for even thicker lashes. It also doesn't smudge under my lower lash line or transfer onto my eyelid which I do seem to get with some other mascaras, which is one of the main reasons I love it! Also, I looooove the packaging. It's classy and simple, and reminds me of Two Faced Better Than Sex packaging :)
