Maybelline Volume Express Mascara - falsies
It's a great waterproof formulae, recommended this for my sister since she likes to wear a subtle amount of mascara on while there (A girl likes to look her best!) and she hasn't had any problem with it running!!
Tips: If you want more dramatic lashes I would do a another coat of a different brand that thickens more this only really lengthens mine, not a huge fan of the brush style either but each to their own you may love it :)

Falsies Flared
Mascara is one of my most favourite beauty products. Maybelline Volume Express Mascara goes on nice and evenly without thick clumps. It makes my eyelashes look so much longer, people often ask what i use!
Tips: For extra length use an eyelash curler before you apply it! Stunner!

Thick false looking eyelashes = clump
I found this mascara to be quite clumpy on application, I think the big brush was the main problem as I prefer to use a smaller brush size. My lashes definitely looked much bigger and more visible, but not really in the manner I wanted. The mascara is not waterproof so it was easy to remove, though still long lasting if it didn't get wet. I have mixed feelings about this mascara, it was difficult to apply, but if I could do it right (see tip) it worked quite well.
Tips: Apply in a zig-zag motion from base of lashes up to help separate lashes and avoid clump.

great brush and good consistency
Great thick brush, consistency is really good. Never gets flakey no matter how much you apply. Creates thick voluminous lashes and with the right.amount does actually create a falsies look.
Tips: On top lashes wiggle brush slightly as you draw out, seperates washed and coats each imdovidual lash for maximum effect.

Amazing applicator
I love the finish it gives ...! Waterfproof applicator is a magic simply magic... End result ---stunning lashes What more could I ask for!? I absolutely recommend Maybelline products Drug store product but worth the investment
Tips: As most of us agreed- Zig Zag....is the way to the go .... and U will love it ....and ofcourse compliments will pour in...!

Maybelline Volume Express Mascara/ The False
I like this mascara, although it does seem to smudge on me a lot but in saying that I have trouble finding a mascara that doesn't. I would repurchase this even though it did smudge. It gives a colour black colour to the lashes, as I find that it makes the colours of my eyes stand out. And also gives good volume to the lashes!

Clumpy, Would use as a last resort...
Sad to say I don't have anything nice to say about this mascara. I'm quite lucky and have long lashes already, but honestly, this mascara did nothing for them. The consistency isn't that great, quite clumpy and made my lashes stick together. The brush isn't fantastic, and I felt the wand itself was quite 'bendy' when applying the mascara. Overall, I defiantly would not repurchase this mascara - Will stick to Max Factor and Lancome :)

Maybeline falsies flared
I love this! Gives great definition and length. Formula is nice, thick and goes on well. Brush is a really nice shape, great for top and bottom lashes

I have tried many mascaras in my life and happy to say that this one (along with other similar types of the same brand) are really great! I love the long, thick and full look so I always apply 3 layers on, almost replaces fake eyelashes for me! Definitely great quality, stays on beautifully on the top lashes although if I put some on the bottom lashes it tends to run a little, making it annoying for me having to clean under my eyes half way through the day!
Tips: For the full look, apply 1 layer on top lashes before you do your eyeshadow. After eyeshadow, put another layer.. Wait for a little while for mascara to dry a little (not too much) and apply a 3rd layer, brushing from the bottom and the top of the top lashes to ensure it doesn't clog up. It works for me- try it!
