I enjoyed this blush so much! It is so pigmented and it gives you that glowy skin! The blush is also long lasting aswell so it is worth your money. The packaging is also 10/10 because for it's price, the product looks luxurious! I would definitely repurchase this blush again!

Milani Baked Blush Review
Milani Baked Blush Review
This silky blush with benefits can be used so many ways. It shapes, it contours, it highlights. Sunbaked on Italian terracotta tiles, it’s buildable from sheer to vibrant. Yes, it adds a cheeky pop of colour to your complexion. Radiance and warmth, too.

I’ve been using the Milani Baked Blush range for the past 4 years and on my skintone my favourites are Luminoso and Rose D’Oro.
They are affordable and from a distance the packaging looks pretty darn cute but just note that it’s relatively cheap plastic which is prone to scratches – I can no longer see the name Milani on my lot but I really don’t care because the product makes up for it. The compact has two compartments/layers, bottom for the below-average brush (typical of these types of products in my opinion) and the top has the beautiful product.
The two main reasons I love these blushes is the silky smooth texture and the great pigmentation swirled with fine shimmer just enough so that it leaves a healthy glow on my skin.
On me, Luminoso is a beautiful apricot coral with flecks of gold shimmer whereas Rose D’Oro is a coral rose-gold with what I feel looks like larger flecks of shimmer but is not overpowering. I feel both blushes have the perfect amount of shimmer to give off a lovely glow with a somewhat highlighted look (more so Luminoso).
The blushes are quite powdery so you will notice a bit of the product kick up but I tend to forget about it when I see how lovely it applies on the cheeks. My main issue is the lasting power or lack of – I can get a maximum of 2-3 hours before it begins to fade which is annoying because you can easily apply lipstick anywhere you go but blush requires a bit more concentration so you don’t walk out looking like Krusty the clown.
Would I recommend these blushes? Absolutely because you can still make the blush last by using a cream base underneath :-)
Tips: To make it last longer I wear a cream colour base underneath (any neutral/light/natural colour will do so as not to take away the colour from the Milani blush). I use MAC Luna.
After hearing so many people rave about these blushes I decided to try Luminoso and I really loved it! I also tried another pinky shade (I've forgotten the name though) And I love it too! These blushes double as a highlighter because of the sheen and shimmer in them, there isn't any obnoxious glitter in them so it doesn't look patchy or chucky. They're really great for the price, but like most amazing products, you can't buy them in store in nz so I get mine from beautyjoint. They have quite a few colours to match heaps of different skin tones, and they are decently pigmented so you're able to build up the colour if you want more of a flush. The packaging is quite bulky and it comes with a small brush and mirror that I don't use at all. They're a little powdering, which can be expected for a blush so cheap but that isn't really a problem for me.
Tips: I would recommend not using a duo fibre brush because that seems to only pick up the shimmer and not much actual pigment
Love this blush for a youthful pop of colour as it is so warm and glowy. I love that it is so blendable and also looks great really sheer. I also like to use it on my daughter as an eyeshadow as it makes the blue of her eyes really pop and is so soft and girly.
This was gifted to me & I was so excited to receive with the many eave reviews on it. Come in a gorgeous gold compact that has a clear lid it's domed & the product is too. The compact opens in half revealing a brush & mirror. The shade is a nice Morange tone that seems appealing to me & the shimmer is immediately noticed. This picks up easily onto the brush & fleek do come off onto the surrounding area you're doing your makeup. On applying I don't seem to notice any colour it could be my skin tone I'm nt sure because shoot me if you will but I haven't even swatched it. Bad right. It does however have a spectacular shimmer almost highlighter effect. So I use it on top of other blushes to emphasize the shades. I'm not finished with this yet & as we head into fall I'm sure it's going to have many uses for me.
Tips: If the pay off isn't for you perhaps use it on top of your normal blushes t get am extra dimension to it.
I am not too sure how I feel about this blush.. I haven't used many blushes so it is hard to compare it with others. But this blush for me was VERY shimmery and glittery. I got the shade in luminoso. I didn't find it looks very natural because of the amount of shimmer which I found quite intense for a blush. Aside from the glitter, the colour looks natural and it is easy to wear for a subtle hint of colour. Does not apply too heavily and easily build-able.
Colour-wise and payoff-wise, this is a fantastic dupe for a number of more expensive blushes, in particularly NARS blushes. However, the difference with these blushes is that they do tend to be quite shimmery and almost glittery. That being said, if you like that, these are definitely for you! They also last a really long time on the face.
So after reading Koni's review of this blush, it sparked my interest in getting this. I didn't know about the famous Luminoso. But after having a look on you tube I got to find out about these blushes. After having a conversation with Koni about this blush, I was really looking forward to trying it. Then she sent me this in a Random Act of Kindness Gift. What a lovely surprise.
The Blush that I got was Rose D'Oro. I didn't get to open it at first because my son beat me to it. The first thing he said was wow mum this is so pretty aye. This blush comes in a gold plastic circle shaped contained. On the front is a window so you can see the blush through it. It has the Milani labelling written across the front. Inside of it is a handy little mirror. Theres also a round brush in there. I thought these two extra touches were excellent. Especially the handy mirror.
Looking at this blush it has Rose Gold terracotta colouring to it. Within it is this marbel gold through it. It looks so pretty to look at. The texture of it is like a powder finish. It has no scent at all. The colour pay off of this is so good.
When I apply it really glides across my cheeks nicely. The colour of it is bright and shows up well on my skin. On my first try, I thought the brush it came with worked well with this blush. I noticed that it lasted me for a couple of hours and did start to fade out. I'm thinking of trying a setting spray as this may help make it last just a bit longer on my skin.
UPDATE: Tried a setting spray still didn't hold it longer, because of this I probably wouldn't get this again.
I thought overall this blush ticked all the boxes for me. The packaging might not be high quality but the product itself is really good. I'm interested in trying the Luminoso as it is one of the popular blushes out.
I was really keen to try one of these, as I've often seen Youtubers rave about them and swatch them. So I had very high expectations, but this didn't meet them. Don't get me wrong, this is a nice affordable blush, but nowhere near nice enough to warrant the hype.
The packaging of the blush is really beautiful. It comes in a glossy gold compact, with a clear window where you can see the blush. It opens to reveal a pan with a very generous amount of blush for the price. You can then flip the blush up to reveal a mirror and a brush. I love the packaging, and how a mirror is included; making this ideal for travelling. I also like how the mirror is seperate to the blush, otherwise it'd end up being too dirty to use. I don't like the brush that came with this though. I can't see the point of companies always including bad quality brushes with makeup as they aren't worth using. The brush has quite cheap feeling fibres that shed, and I'd prefer to use a fluffy brush.
I have the shade Corallina, a warm peachy-coral shade interspersed with a deep gold and a white pearl shimmer. This looks so stunning in the pan but I wish I could say the same for when it's on my cheeks.
When I attempt to get the product on the brush, the shimmer pigments separate as loose glitter everywhere, so only the coral colour gets on the brush, minimizing the beautiful shimmery baked effect I wanted to get. On my cheeks, this just appears as a standard slightly shimmery peach blush. Nice, but nothing to rave about. The colour is very buildable, which I do like, so I don't end up looking like a clown. This also has good staying power, it didn't fade on my face all day during some very humid weather.
This blush was nice, and it is affordable, but I really don't think it's worth the hype. I've tried cheaper blushes that are far nicer. I wouldn't mind using this again and trying out other shades, but this product promised to be good for highlighting and contouring as well as blush, and it couldn't perform those tasks. This wasn't glowy or shimmery enough to act as a highlighter. Whilst I am pale, I don't see how a shimmery blush could be used as a contour shade, so it doesn't live up to that promise.
I might have enjoyed this more, if I didn't have such high expectations. I'd recommend to try it, if you can before you buy.
I have this blush in luminoso. I bought it because a few makeup gurus were raving about it on YouTube and I tend to get sucked in with hype like That! I bought this off beauty joint quite a while ago now, there are a few nz online stores that now stock it too.
This line of blushes come in a little gold compact. It's shiny gold on top with a see through lid and a more matte gold on the bottom. I'm not the biggest fan of gold packaging as i kind of feel it looks cheapand this ddoesn't really change my mind. Just personal preference though, it isn't too big and does up securely which is the main thing. The palette always comes with a little brush (I never used it) under the blush.
Onto the blush. This color is a beautiful, domed peach beauty. It is enticing with its sparkle and just screams 'use me'. Now there is good and bad baked products. Some can be dry and have no color payoff. Luckily this is good. It's nice and smooth to touch and the color is pigmented and transfers well to your cheeks. Although this does have glitter in it, it's quite finely milled and you are not going to end up as a glitter bomb. This gives you a beautiful peach glow and leaves a gorgeous sheen to your cheeks.
The lasting power is good, I find this lasts pretty much all day on me. This blush will last so long too. I've used this so many times and the top part of the dome is only very slightly flattened.
I don't need anymore blush anytime soon but i would purchase again and to try out the other colors too. I would also recommend this, i think it would suit a variety of skin tones.
