I started opting for a clinical deoderant and happened upon this after struggling with others that left white marks. Mitchum doesn't! I followed the instructions and applied at night after showering. I work in a busy cafe which has me running around most of the day and this kept me completely dry all day. It has a mild pleasant smell. It is a little more expensive than other brands but for a deoderant that I can rely on to keep me dry throughout the day and avoid those embarrassing little wet patches I don't mind.

Personally i find gel deodorants strange. Im not sure what it is i just do. This worked but wasn't my favourite.
I had heard great things about this deoderant stick from others in the beauty community as the best under arm deoderant for those who have sensitive skin and get sweaty armpits (me!) I have used and repurchased this deoderant and the Mitchum Clinical Unscented version. Great under arm deoderant and I could notice that it kept me fresh longer than what other deoderants have that I've tried
I tried this in the powder fresh scent. I love the scent of all Mitchum deodorants, this one included.
The gel is a curiously refreshing sensation when applied. I actually really enjoyed the cooling effect on my underarms.
I waited maybe 30-60 seconds before putting on my clothes for the day.
Throughout the day I definitely had no issues with body odour. So it definitely protects against BO. I am sad to say that I still had quite a bit of wetness and it left white marks on my clothes. I know it is really hard to find a deodorant that doesn't stain clothes, but I really had my hopes up for this one because it specifically claims to prevent staining.
I usually use the regular Mitchum roll on but saw this was on special so thought I'd give it a try. The product definitely works, I didn't go 48 hours without showering so can't comment on that but it does last 24 hours. It kept me dry and didn't leave any marks on my clothing. It has a light baby powder scent.
The reason I won't be using this again is the packaging (or perhaps the mechanism design) is flawed. For myself, the product lasted me just 2 weeks and I was only applying a minimal amount. Whenever I opened the lid there was somehow always excess product that seeped out even though I always had it standing on a counter top (almost like someone was winding it up when I wasn't looking!). Compared to the roll on and other clinical protection brands I've tried which last me atleast a month. For this reason I won't buy again :(
Smelt really nice & was easy to apply, didn't leave any coloured marks on my clothing. It did take awhile to dry before I could put a top on after application & as a heavy sweater I didn't find it stopped me sweating at all.
Sadly I prefer the much cheaper Mitchum roll on to this or the rexona 48hr. They perform exactly the same so save your money.
I usually use the rexona 48hr but it wasn’t on special so I went with this.. big mistake I should have just got the roll on or the rexona.
I like the roll on and it performs well for the price so perhaps I had high expectations but this was the pits.
The scent was a pleasant - slightly powdery, fresh, floral scent.
The tube itself was horrible. So hard to twist the screw to make some deodorant come out I had to use a towel to get a proper grip to twist.. honesty harder than a jam jar to twist this thing.. no joke.
I don’t think there is that much product in this for some reason so felt like it wasn’t as great a value for money as some other deodorants out there.
I also dislike that it doesn't twist out an even amount of product to spread.. I had a lot to use at the sides and hardly any in the middle. So harder to spread than butter to get a good even coverage. Ended up poking my pits to bits trying to smear it around.
And lastly.. the effectiveness. It works but only as well as their roll on. It wasn’t long lasting. I was finding I was sweating through this after about 18 hours.. whereas the rexona one is pretty true to being 48hours sweat proof.
I tried this after having used standard antiperspirants, and this one didn't do anything for me. It felt wet and didn't dry very fast, and it didn't stop me from sweating. I wouldn't bother to use it again.
This is only good if you want it for a short period of time. For example if you went for an hour walk and applied before, got home had a shower and then used something else for the rest of the day. Yes it protects your body oder to a point...but it just doesn't last. There is no way I would use this deodorant for a gym session
I have real issues with sweating so I need a decent deodorant. I loved this one, it smells nice and lasts me all day.
The reason I don't really want to recommend it is because I couldn't use the twister to get more product up!!! It was such a mission to turn and not something I needed to go through each morning. That is the only reason for not repurchasing the product otherwise I would be using it continuously.
