Montagne Jeunesse Skin Clearing Aloe Vera & Willow Blemish Mud Mask

its very odd that this mask does not do much to my skin comparing to the other masks in this brand , it just did not do anything to my acnes ,and its quite gentle and soothing ,

These are a great go to for a night in of full pampering. They leave skin feeling soft but I can't comment on actual cleansing power as my skin isn't too bad on its own.

I have had trouble with breakouts over the past week. I went to The Warehouse to see what they had that could help and saw this mask. For only $3.99 I thought it sounded great.

It comes in a foil sachet which is easy to rip open. I use a flat foundation brush to apply masks, it is less messier and applies evenly. The mask is quite thick and light grey in colour.

You could probably get 2 masks out of this but I was greedy and slapped it all on. I got a slight tingling around my chin for a minute then it went away. The mask goes tight quite quickly which I like. I left it on for about 25 minutes until it was completely dry.

When I went to remove it I used a hot flannel, it was quite hard to remove probably because I put it on so thick and left it for longer. The flannel did the job though eventually.

My face was left feeling soft and clean. My pimples looked soothed and not so angry. My face didn't feel tight and dry at all. This is a lovely, affordable mask that I will be buying again.

I used this mask when I had particularly bad skin(sore pimples coming up, oily, congested pores) Mask was deeply cleansing and soothing. Skin was clearer and pimple appearance was smaller and less painful.

I always use these when I'm having a breakout particularly when It's hormonal breakouts. It makes my skin feel much fresher and less oily and helps dry out the pimples so they heal a lot faster and the redness goes away also. Reasonably priced definitely a more budget option.

I had a trial size and a 20g foil packet size of this. It has a fragrance about it not offensive just noticeable. The clay is a greys colour that smooths out wet and takes time to dry so enough time to work with it. As it dries a tightening effect occurs & I love masks that tighten they just feel right for me. The mask sinks into the pores of my skin & I feel like it's rehydrating my skin but also balancing out my skins condition at the time of use. It's quite soothing and cooling & I leave it on for longer then 15 minutes. The only consequence is that it begins to crack but I can deal with that. When removing it softens up quite easily with a flannel & leaves my skin feeling clean & looking brighter then before using it. There are no outbreaks after use of my skin & my face really benefits from the mask.

All in all I really like this mask I got this sent to me from a priceline purchase my mum did so I hope to find this in Auckland soon because I've run out. I like to apply with a foundation brush & I payer it quite thick.

$3.99 for a simple but effective treatment and it addresses my skin problem? YES PLEASE! I am a huge fan of Montagne Jeunesse masks even before this baby found it's way in to my 'mask draw'. It's both affordable and it works! When I have a breakout I make a point of using this mask twice in one week to make sure I give it the time it needs to get the results. I smooth it on to my face which gives an instant refreshing feeling and leave it on for the suggested time. I tend to leave mine on for fifteen to twenty minutes to give it extra oomph.

I wash it off with a just less than hot flannel and almost instantly my blemish is appearing less red and a little dried up. It doesn't have the in your face impact like before and can be easily covered up with makeup unlike before when it's ugly red head was showing. I love this mask for these occasions and also to just feel pampered. The aloe vera in it definitely soothes and softens the skin to leave it feeling supple and nourished.

Every year I swear I get these for Christmas and they don't get used... So i decided to put one on and test it out. I don't really use face masks that often, so don't have much to compare with. It didn't smell that amazing but it definitely made my skin feel soft like a babies bottom.

Okay so after working countless nightshifts I felt my skin needed an emergency rejuvenation, I had heard of these mask from a makeup artist friend of mine who swore by them, they are fantastic not only are they extremely affordable but they really do revitalize your skin leaving it feeling smooth clean and fresh, definetly will continue to use them

I thought this was going to clear my skin, but it just made it dry and sticky. The smell was off putting as well. I thought it would be better for other skin types.
