Okay before you begin, chuck those funky shaped templates they are as useless as tits on a bull. It took me a couple goes to get the hang of this product, but now that i am used to it it is my go to when i'm feeling too poor to pay for a brazilian (which is most of the time) or need to tidy up my bikini line last minute for the beach. Once heated up it goes on well, and removes all the hair with ease. I only do it in small sections because I'm a total chicken. My biggest peeve with this product is that you have such a small window of a couple minutes to wax with it before it cools down too much and needs to be reheated! So I spend half the time running between the microwave and the bathroom with a partially waxed fanny! The scent is yummy, but now I just associate that smell with stinging pain which kinda ruins it. The packaging is basic and easy enough to use but would be perfect if Nads came out with a warmer you could sit it in. I know veet came out with the spa wax kit but I found their wax formula crap compared to this Nads one! It is a much less painful and more effective alternative to strip waxing and as an at home hair removal remedy i would highly recommend this product.

Tips: Do it when you are home alone and maybe pull the blinds unless you have an extremely close relationship with your neighbours.
I found this product sticky and messy to use. It was really painful and did not remove all of the hairs. I would not recommend this and would not attempt to use it again.
Tips: Pay a professional to do this!
I decided to give this a try and see if I could do an at home job and man what a bad idea! First off it is soooo messy! The wax is mega hard to spread evenly and then removing it was even worse....sooo painful. The shapes seem so pointless to me and I have no idea how you could even use them. Would never use this again...lesson learnt.
I decided to try and epilate my bikini area which worked but was very painful. Because of losing a lot of weight and having looser than usual skin the epilator picked my my skin continually and nope, just nope. I had done my whole bikini area but got carried away and needed to finish the job. I googled at home brazilian wax and this product came up. I went out and got one the next day. The wax took a bit longer than the directions specified to heat up but my microwave is pathetic so that didn't surprise me. Once I started it was hard. To begin with I was getting it everywhere and was making strips far too big. Once I got the hang of it I wasn't dropping it everywhere and figured out that smaller strips dried quicker and were not as hard to pull off. In terms of getting hairs out it did a brilliant job. Quite a few of the areas had absolutely nothing left after I had done one strip. The odd few hairs that were left I just tweezed out but they tended to be very small, stubborn hairs. I did have to reheat the wax a couple of times during the process and next time I think I will put it in a bowl with some warm water to keep it going longer. I have had professionally done brazillian waxes many times before so had an idea of the pain (apart from one bit I honestly think it's not that bad) and the process in terms of pulling skin taut etc. I have half the pot left and I will be doing this again to use it up and will repurchase it.
Tips: Make sure you hair down there is not too long to begin with, if it is it'll hurt more and be far more difficult to do. Make the patches of wax you put on smaller rather than larger, it will be slightly quicker and won't hurt so much when it's time to remove them.
On opening the box the wax pot looks and smells like a fragrance candle, minus the wick. The templates are basically stickers that you apply, using the orange stick provided to fine tune the hairline.
The instructions say to microwave the wax and apply with the lolly sticks, but I found I had to extend the heating time and wait for it to cool significantly, and by the time I had applied half to the area required, the wax had got too cold, and left me wandering back to the kitchen to re-warm it wrapped in a towel (luckily I had the presence of mind to try this whilst my family was out!)
It was not easy to apply around your curvy areas, and pulling it off left some bruising the first time I used it, although I believe this may have been my technique.
I persevered with the treatment over a period of months, but by the time I got towards the end of the pot, the plastic container also melted in the microwave - making a mess that was not easy to clean up!
As with other home kits, I have found that the wax creaks apart and leaves little red spots around the bathroom, these are also not easy to clean off, you have to chip them away once they have dried. Overall I wasn't happy with the product, it didn't seem to get easier with practice.
Tips: Take the Microwave into the bathroom
Honestly found it didnt do what it said Smelt horrible and took several attempts to even remotely remove a small amount of hair
Found I had to increase heat time and then had to wait for it to cool before applying which resulted in half the wax going hard
Maybe I just suck at hot wax... But I found it so extremely difficult to get the wax to the right temperature. And once it was actually liquid enough to use it started to solidify super quickly.
It also burnt me. And was so hard to apply. And harder to rip off. And accessing the most difficult areas of the bikini region is something I just can't master myself.
The cheap price is not worth the pain.
Is it just me or is this the hardest wax to use ever! Heating was really inconsistent, a molten centre and solid edges. Once melted it was way way too hot and then as soon as it starts to cool it solidifies very quickly. Making it very hard and painful to pull off. It was really hard to spread evenly and pulling it off, it came off in small bits. Got to be one of the most painful waxes ever, just not worth it!
Heat it as instructions say and leave it to 'fuse'. Super hot at the bottom and still hard/soft on the top. Its very inconsistent and painful to use. It often breaks apart, or when you waited the time on the instructions it stretches so have to wait longer and OUCH it hurts worse. Would not use again for at home Braz just terrible. What they need to do is put a heat sensor like the ones they have for the warm wax cloth strip wax. Trying to keep it at the right temp is hard, cools fasts and come solid very fast. Never recommend to anyone
Tips: Try find a better product that has more positive reviews
Oh my lord. This product is painful and just difficult to use... the stencils are just a nightmare don't even try to use them they don't work. The wax sets super hard and is hard to get off and when you do it doesn't even get all the hair. I'm probably just super amateur at using this form of wax but for me it was TERRIBLE and I wouldn't use it again let alone recommend it to anything with hair! It's a no from me.
Tips: Not worth it.. Go see a professional
