I bought this because I couldn't afford to go to my beauty therapist once and since this experience I make sure I always have enough money to go to the professional!! It was really difficult to heat, I had to reheat after each strip and to be honest, just not worth it. Took me hours!! May be ok if just doing a bikini line but for anything further I would go to my beauty therapist. The lower cost is not worth the time and pain.

Tips: Use for bikini line only
Used this product once and will never use it again. It is excruciating! I actually stopped halfway as it wasn't worth it. It took so long as it kept needing to be reheated.
Tips: Do not bother!
I found this product too be very risky as soon as it has been spread onto the hair it drys to fast which makes it difficult to remove if you can get it off ! all in all painfull and messy
horrid experience down there lol, drys way to fast, hard to get all of it off. just messy and plain painful in my opinion. never again. was quiet let down as Ive used nads products in the past and never had an issue until now.
Would I recommend this product to a friend...? UH... I wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy! It didn't even heat up to a consistency that I would of expected then it sets before I could spread it on properly. Trying to remove this product bought tears to my eyes... It would pull and rip the skin and I was tender for days.. do you think I could remove all of this product NO!
Tips: Do not waste your time or money
I thought that it would be easy to use, it did my head in, however when your heating it as directed it took longer you would need to have a microwave next to your bed to keep it warm so you can still use it. I wouldn't let my friends or family get it
Tips: I would recommend to find a good beautician
I have used this product for years after it was recommended by a friend. While I agree with much of what the other reviewers are saying (it does take longer to heat than it says, if you are slow you might have to reheat it during waxing and it does get a bit brittle) I have still found it to be easy to use and effective. It gives me a nice result with no skin tearing and very little redness even on the most sensitive areas. I am interested that the reviewer who has trained as a beauty therapist said it cases folliculitis as I do have issues with that when the hair grows back. I will have to try a professional wax to see if there is any difference.
Really didn't enjoy using this - I found that it needed reheating often, which was a bit awkward! Also it was really hard to get it to lift up enough to pull off.
Tips: Maybe if you have some experience with waxing it might be ok
If you've been to a beautician before a few times and understand the technique and pain level you'll be fine. I got it because i didn't have the time or money to go to my usual lady and it works wonders. i don't have the guts to do a full brazillian but it's brilliant for bikini line.
Tips: use your nail to flick up a little tab at the end of each patch while its hardening so you have something to grab. don't spread too thin like strip wax, you want it to pull all the hairs in one pull.
I used this once and HATED it. It gets a one out of five for everything only because I can't leave it blank. I was in beauty therapy school, I was already a qualified beautician, which means I knew all the correct waxing techniques and I still couldn't work this wax. For starters, you have to heat it far more than you should to get it a workable consistency which means you often get skin lifting and tearing. It sets rock hard and brittle, so it snaps and sends shards everywhere when you try to pull it. Hot wax should be pliable when set, but this isn't at all, it just breaks so you have to keep pulling the same little area to get the damn stuff off. Ouch! Because you have to continually flick and pull, it breaks the hairs rather than properly removes them, and irritates and tears the skin. This means you're at higher risk of follicle infections (which I got after using this! ). It snapped, it tore, it lifted skin, broke hairs, the list goes on. This is honestly the worst product I have ever used.
Tips: Don't do it. Put it back on the shelf, walk away, and go get yourself a professional wax. Save yourself the nightmare and the folliculitis.
