As far as nail polish removers goes, this is pretty good. Being Acetone free is great for false nails yet gentle and enriched enough for natural nails. This bottle lasts forever. I sometime use this to clean my nails before applying false nails. It helps them bond and stay on longer. Give it a try.
Love this acetone free nail polish remover. It feels really moisturising on my cuticles and removes nail polish really quick at the same time. Doesn't have the rancid normal nail polish remover scent either! Love!
The remover comes in a clear bottle with a peach lid, and the remover is a pretty peach coloured liquid. It's not the cheapest remover available but it is quite affordable, although it only includes 150mL of product. It has the classic unpleasant nail polish remover smell, but that is to be expected! The polish remover being acetone-free is quite gentle and it doesn't dry out my cuticles or skin surrounding my nails much. It doesn't seem to damage my nails themselves either. However, this says on the front that it's fast but I find this is quite slow to remove polish. While it definitely will remove all polish which is the end result I want, you have to use quite a bit of product to keep it working. It seems to absorb into cotton wool/dry out quickly, so it requires more applications to do the job and more rubbing at the nail than I have experienced with other nail polish removers. I am someone who paints their nails 1-2 times a week, so I've tried a lot of removers and sadly this is not the most efficient. However, it does deliver on being gentle and does the job in the end, Overall, this remover is good if you're looking for acetone-free and something gentle, but this isn't very efficient if you have difficult polish to remove or want polish removed in a rush.
Depending on the colour I have, for exqmple if I have a red or dark blue on you tend to use a bit of remover and have to soak the cotton wool a bit. Lighter colours comes off easily.
Sally Hansen Acetone-Free Nail Polish Remover is the only nail polish that I use! I have used a lot of nail polish removers on the market and this one is by far the best one I have used. It does not have a nasty chemically smell and does not damage my nail bed when I remove my nail polish. It works fabulously, and removes even hard glittery acrylic nail polish really well. This nail polish remover is my holy grail of nail polish removers and I would 100% recommend this.
Tips: Soak in a cotton pad and wipe on your nails. No excessive rubbing required! Fabulous!
Simply put it is nail polish remover that A) removes all the product even 2-3 layers of built up polish in just 1 soaked cotton pad per 2 finger nails which is pretty standard. B) does the above whilst having no acetone in it, so my nails don't end up dry and brittle, and my cuticles remain hydrated.
There is a familiar nail polish removed scent that goes with almost every remover on the market and the bottle is similar shape as others too so nothing too amazing to report back on there. It is nice that it is in the Sally hansen orange theme and that the size is a little larger than some I have recently purchased.
I love Sally Hansen products and purchased this simply out of loyalty to the brand. I decided to use this one despite still having some left in my other Sally Hansen Nail Polish remover and the removal process did require more effort and more product to get the job done. Unfortunately the most notable difference between the standard Sally Hansen Nail Polish Remover and the Acetone-Free version is the fact that the Acetone-Free version requires more time and product to get my nail polish off.
i do like sally hansen nailpolish. i bought with high expectation. bottle is same like other nail polish remover. i was very excite to try this remover. honestly it doesn't do properly job. you need to get little more to job. and you need to good swipe for clean the nail.
remover smell is little bit strong for me. as product claim acetone free so thought less damage for my nail. if it require that much long time then i refer acetone nailpolish remover. at least its do proper job.
A nail polish that does exactly what it is meant to do without stripping the top layer of my nails off while I remove the polish. I like the sleek design of the bottle and is easy to take with me when I travel. The smell is not too overpowering and does not burn my nose when I am using it. This can last me for ages! I mean up to a year and I still am using it. Great nail polish remover that is available at a lot of stores at a great price.
Tips: Place on cotton pad or tissue and lay over nail, letting the nail polish remover soak into the nail polish you want to remove for a few minutes before wiping away in one continuous motion. Try not to "scrub" the nail to get the polish off, this will be a bit too abrasive on the top few layers of the nail.
