OPI Nail Lacquer Review

I would best describe this colour as: burgundy/bronze/magenta/cobalt . It has amazing highlights in it, and really did surprise me once on my nail. It's the sort of colour that I just usually wouldn't go for. But once I applied it on my nails my view changed completely. Unlike some of O.P.I nail polish's this is definitely one shade that you have to apply a second coat too, as it is simply to streaky to wear alone. And just wait till you see this colour in natural sunlight . it reflexes warm orange and merlot red tones . Amazing colour for winter.

I have been wanting to try the O.P.I Matte Top Coat for months now! Sadly it was always sold out in stores whenever I went hunting for it :( BUT thanks to Beauty Review my wish came true!

What an amazing product! It certainly lived up to my expectations!

Firstly I tried it over top of the Black Onyx colour and recreated the O.P.I black mani - I did a rather messy job though tehe. It looks great and was easy to use. I posted a pic to my FB page for friends to see. The response was huge! The pic received LOADS of likes and comments! I also posted my black mani to the Beauty FB page where it recieved more nice comments and likes - to be honest I was suprised since my tips weren't exactly straight lol - but it didn't seem to matter as everyone liked the idea and style of the O.P.I black mani.

Next I tied the Matte Top Coat over a red polish and WOW it looked fantastic! I really love the effect of the Matte polish as it creates a 2nd look with all my nail polishes (BTW I have lots...bit obsessed).

I used this product with the matte top coat and it worked wonderfully. It went on smooth, with full coverage and looked perfect. Beautiful shiny, inky colour. OPI does it better than any other nail polish i've ever used. Achieving the nail look of the week was easy with such good quality products. Very happy.

Was slightly disappointed with this polish as I expect the best from opi products, and normally get that from them. I found I had to apply 3 coats for an even color of this polish, as it started off pretty streaky! The matte top coat also picked up some of the black even when I had allowed to dry overnight (didnt seem to find this problem with other colors as much.) Overall when applied with the 3 coats this polish does have a nice shine to it on its own and does create a beautiful matte black with the top coat.

The ONLY nail polish brand I use. I know many people are not a big fan of spending too much on a nail polish ( I was the same), but since I discovered OPI I never look back to purchase cheap nail polish again.

The shades from OPI are gorgeous, the finish is so shining, the product is so durable (the polishes that I purchased 3 years ago are not even close to dry out!!!) so it definitely worth the price.

well as soon as i got this baby i unwrapped it and put it straight on!! i love the colour but i always find that OPI brushes are pretty thick and can pretty much do my whole nail in one coat. Since you have to do 2 coats of the black then one matte coat i find that the polish doesn't last long and chips pretty easily because of all the coats but its a fun product to play with and if you dont mind having your nails only last a couple days then i would recommend buying.

when I first saw the colour I knew I would love it and was so excited to use it ..... It was like a cute Bronze glittery one and didn't disappoint even with one coat (I used 2 for Pop) it looks stunning , goes on great doesnt chip and have had many compliments and ppl asking what colour/brand it is -- so Go OPI :D

When I first saw the colour, I thought no not me, but the fact that I was trialling thought I had better give it a go. It flowed on nice, the first coat was a bit bland, but the second coat made all the difference, it added a nice sparkle/gloss to it. I will wear it again, but only in the winter,to me it is very much a winter colour. Like all OPI's it flowed on the nail nicely, and lasted really well.

When I first saw it I thought it definately wasn't my colour, but not one to turn down a challange I tried it, & I LOVE it, it's a lot more gold on that it looks in the bottle, it shimmers, and is just a really classy, sophisticated colour, everyone at work commented on it, & both my flatmates have used it :) I think my flatmate loves it more than I do it seems to always creep into her possession,

Absolutely love this nail polish, it's an amazing color the glistens in the sun. Has sparkle and shine an is long wearing. It's my new favorite and really does inspire me to visit Prague to see the famous roof tops. Stunning, topazes from me
