I have always been a fan of coconut hair products so was stoked to be given the opportunity to trail the Nature Box Coconut range. I used the moisture spray over a period of two weeks. I used it after showering as well as in between washes to untangle and add shine. The spray treatment made my hair instantly shinier and sleek. My hair is quite thick and I found a few squirts in the meaning made my hair that much more manageable when getting ready.

The spray is a milky white (no surprises there!) light consistency and is not at all oily. It comes packaged in a light blue opaque, spray lid bottle. The packaging is not 25% recycled plastics like the other products in this range, I’m not sure why. The formula is made from 100% cold pressed coconut oil which contains lot’s of vitamins and antioxidants, and claims to rehydrate your hair. It’s free from silicones, parabens and artificial colours and is vegan. The spray comes out as a really light mist which makes easy to apply evenly over your hair. It smells gorgeous, it’s a very obvious coconut scent but not overpowering, and it lingers in my hair which I love. I used this in conjunction with the other products in the set (shampoo, conditioner and moisture spray) and my hair has felt, soft, moisturised and easier to brush through (less knots!). My ends can get quite dry and damaged because my hair is coloured, but they feel really soft after 2 weeks of using these.
Tips: Use with the shampoo and conditioner!
I am a fan of using a leave in, spray, oil... something - as generally my hair is dry on the ends so I find it needs a 3 step system just for a moisture boost.
Was the hardest for me to test as it’s used after the shampoo and conditioning but I managed a few tests after working in the garden and nipping to kindy for pick up just as a freshen up.
This mist is exactly as promised. It’s a light weight moisturiser for your hair. Spritz this fine mist over your hair following a shower with shampoo and conditioner.
It doesn’t feel oily, greasy, heavy.. it’s definitely what it says it is a light weight mist. It’s alnost like a milky solution. You spray this and can’t feel it on your hair like some. A few I have had made their presence known with the addition of silicones for example making hair feel slimy in an order to create softness and moisture. But this solution is pleasant to use and easily absorbed you don’t even know it’s there.
It was hard to tell the full effect of using this as I used with the shampoo and conditioner but as a set this worked a treat. I have fine hair and it’s definitely added to the moisture level of my hair.
Again the pleasant coconut scent to accompany it which was great for using as a hair refresher before nipping out if I was feeling self conscious.. also using on my dry hair didn’t weigh it down.
I think if you have thicker hair you will use this at a faster rate as would need more.
It’s a great size bottle and is going to last a long time. My hair is feeling quite manageable recently without too much attention and styling so I’m pretty sure my hair is reaping the benefits.
I really wanted to love this product, but I am on the fence about it. I have fine hair and found it quite heavy if used anywhere but the ends. On my daughters thicker curly hair it was great, and prevented tangling. It has a pleasant scent which is not over powering and comes in an easy to use pump bottle. The funky blue packaging is the same throughout the range.
Tips: Probably best used on the ends only.
Thank you BR for this wonderful trial opportunity.
This product comes in a black and blue spray bottle. The Scent is also of coconut which I like. I would use anywhere from 6 to 10 sprays throughout my hair.
The moisturiser spray says to spray through towel dried hair and leave in. This product is basically a leave in conditioner which works perfectly after using the coconut conditioner.
I find this moisturiser spray helps to leave my hair softer and tangle free.
I really do like this product and would highly recommend and will definitely repurchase.
Tips: Comb through afterwards
With my fine hair I am always a bit worried about using leave-in treatments, but this one absorbed nicely and didn't leave my hair feeling weighed down.
This spray treatment for your hair comes in a bright blue bottle and in a generous 150ml size. It has a spray nozzle that is easy to use, and sprays out the product in a fine mist (so you don't accidentally add too much).
Along with the shampoo & conditioner in this range, my hair was left feeling soft and hydrated. It has a lovely tropical coconut smell, which lingers but is only subtle.
Tips: I use a wide tooth comb through my hair after I applied
My poor hair has been blasted with bleach over the last two months in the process of lightening. It is desperate for some repair and moisture, so the Milky Moisture Spray was the product from this range I was most excited for.
It says to apply to damp hair, which I have been doing after every wash. My first reaction was that the consistency is not like any other hair care I've used... It is milky, but leaves a bit of coconut oil residue that doesn't quite melt into the hair... I'm fine with that, but it just left me a bit confused as to what the product is actually trying to achieve.
Personally I didn't see any dramatic results, but I'll certainly continue to use it for now.
Tips: Shake the bottle well before use!
This hair milk spray comes in a blue spray bottle which is a larger size bottle than I’ve previously used. This milk spray is specified to be used on towel dried hair which I did each time after I washed my hair, which is 2 times a week. I loved the smell of this hair milk. It was so fresh and smelt like coconut and I left my hair smelling lovely for hours. I didn’t find that this hair milk made my hair smoother but I do find that my hair isn’t a dry
I was quite excited to try this product and used it the 2nd night I had it. I washed my hair using the shampoo and conditioner from the range then applied this spray to damp hair. It comes in a little spray bottle and was really easy to apply.
However, I felt the product was a bit heavy, not really lightweight, and left my hair feeling sticky like it was coated in something (I assumed this was the coconut oil component). The 2nd time I used it I made sure to comb it through after, this dispersed the spray more evenly but I still felt like it left a stickyness to my hair which I did not like.
My hair is very thick, so perhaps this product is more suited to finer hair.
Tips: Comb through hair after applying for even application.
This is a cute bottle of moisturising yumminess. A couple of squirts detangles and adds added softness to my hair. A vegan certified product, the spray is lightly coconut scented. I have used this on my mokogirls hair as well, (you know how little kids fine hair can get a bit frizzy at the back?), and it instantly detangles the frizz. No parabens or silicones...tick and tick again.
Tips: Use overnight for a light treatment.
