Nature Box Shampoo Avocado Reviews

This is product comes in a funky green plastic container that is made of 25% recycled plastic which compliments their product composition being free from silicone and parabens- I really like how earth-friendly everything about their product is. The colour scheme is green/black/gold and I like it, I think its nice and simple and sleek. The shampoo has a more see-through container compared to the moisturizer. It has a pump lid and is easy to use and control how much product comes out. You can also twist to close it to stop leakage, especially good if you are taking it away with you which I thought was thoughtful and not a lot of pump lids have. The only thing about a pump lid for a hair product is having a shelf to put it on. I found the consistency runnier than I would have thought but this didn’t really bother me. I found that it was really easy to use, it lathered well and made my hair feel nice and clean. All the products in this range smell the same- quite fresh and subtle with an ever so slight hint of nature. I really like the smell, it’s so fresh and not too overwhelming. My hair felt so soft and smooth afterwards and had a healthy shine. I really like this product- I think it is too early to tell whether it is helping to repair my hair at this stage, but I will be able to see over time. Overall, I would happily reuse this product.

I love products with avocado in them, so I was very happy to be given the opportunity to trial the Nature Box avocado range.The range is free from silicones, parabens and sulfates, and is vegan. It is made from 100% cold-pressed avocado oil.

The shampoo comes in a 385ml clear, green-tinted plastic bottle with a black pump lid. The label is black with Nature Box written in gold upon it. The shampoo itself is clear, and the pump is easy to use to dispense it. I found I had to use more of the product than I was expecting to in order to work up a good lather, but it was very gentle on my hair and left it feeling very soft, smooth and with a yummy citrus scent. The shampoo was non-irritating to my scalp.

I think this is great value for money, and I will continue to use it after the trial is over.

I really liked this shampoo - as did the rest of my family.

The shampoo is quite a thin texture. It lathered and spread through my hair really easily. The shampoo also washed out with ease.

My hair felt very soft and manageable - even before conditioning (which doesn't normally happen with my long fine hair - though I didn't skip the conditioner).

The smell was really inviting which was great as I was expecting to come out of the shower smelling like an avocado (which I didn't).

The green/gold/black packaging looks great in my bathroom!

i was really excited to be picked for this trial. my hair is all kinds of mess right now. the bottle is lovely, matches all the rest of the brand, and has a pump lid, oh how i love a pump lid!! the smell is amazing, couldn't get enough of it. putting it on is easy, washing it off also easy. the thing i loved the most about it though, was my hair felt clean with out feeling like it stripped everything out of it, it didn't feel like straw, but didn't feel greasy still either. it left my hair quite soft, which i don't normally get from shampoo. i have short hair so i didn't need to use much, so this bottle should last me a couple months at least, very worth it!

Love this shampoo. Lovely fresh fragrance. Didn't need to use a large amount to get a lovely clean feeling. Lathered up nicely and rinsed out well. Left my hair feeling clean but not dehydrated.

Again I really love the colour of these bottles, just so striking. Also love the slim line shape which enables it to fit nicely into my shower caddy. The pump head is great to for dispersing just the right amount of product, i have just below shoulder length hair and find 4 pumps is plenty.

The fragrance is lovely and fruity reminding me of apples and pears but its not one that hangs around alot once your hair has dried so doesn't complete with any perfumes you might be wearing.

I found this foamed up nicely and rinsed out very easily. It didn't leave my hair feeling squeaky or oily. My young daughter often has to get me to check all her shampoo had been washed out whilst showering but there was not call from the bathroom this night.

Used in conjunction with the conditioner i found it left my hair looking very shiny and feeling soft and smooth. I also noted a reduction in my fine fuzzy flyaways.

I recieved this to review from BR, and as with the other products in the range, was keen to use it straight away. The packaging is the same as the conditioner and body lotion, so very easy to use and dispense in the shower. As far as shampoo goes, I liked this well enough, I didn’t find there was anything that made me feel the wow factor with it, but it didn’t make my hair ‘squeaky’ either, so that was good. In conjunction with the rest of the range I’m finding my hair in better condition, so I’ll definitely be continuing to use this.

I was lucky enough to get to trial this range of products. The shampoo is great, leaves hair feeling really clean and washes out well leaving no residue. I love that it is a pump bottle because it is so much easier to use in the shower and you don't end up using up too much product each time you use it. It is also great that it is vegan and free from sulphates, silicones and parabens. The shampoo is clear and foams up pretty well. The scent in nice, not usually my go too sort of smell, but I was surprised to find I actually did like how my hair smelt after using it. This shampoo is intended for deep hair repair and split end control and I do feel that my hair has felt healthier since using this product, along with the conditioner and hair repair cream in this range.

I was really excited to try this as I have not changed up my shampoo for a long time.

As someone with colour treated hair and who has bleached it more than once in the last little while, I know I need a very nourishing shampoo, free of silicones that also does not weight down my hair or turn it greasy.

This shampoo lathers beautifully and I did not need much to get a good lather. It left my hair feeling clean but not stripped of all the natural oils. I hate that squeaky clean feeling that always results in overproduction of oil as my sculpt tries to rebalance its self.

The scent is fresh and lasted in my hair well. I had more than one person comment on how good it smelt.

I asked my Bf to use this shampoo as well and he loved it. Normally he refuses to use anything but Head and Shoulders. He commented on how it left his hair feeling clean but his hair did not go super fluffy the next day. I think this might have converted him to a shampoo that's actually better for his hair. No itchy scalp too.

As for how it helps with split ends and general hair repair - I am going to need to use it for a while longer to see if it lives up to that claim. It definitely left my hair feeling soft and healthy, and I comfortably went 4 days before I felt I needed to wash my hair again.

Will happily purchase this shampoo again in the future.
