I've only used the normal balance shampoo, and I was hopeful because I like using products with as many natural/enviro friendly ingredients as I can! However it felt really oily in my fine hair and tended to tangle and dull it. I've gone back to Lush hair products because there's more option when it comes to hair types

Tips: Maybe if you have thicker hair it might work better
I love that it's quite a natural product, it smells good but I'd say it's average- it's just a basic shampoo with nothing too fancy about it, it didn't do much for my hair.
I have used this shampoo and conditioner for about a year now and find that it does what it should. It not very expensive but isn't a hair product i'm going to rave about. It works though, it cleans my hair and doesn't give it any problems. I have quite thin straight hair.
it was good for the first few uses but after a while my hair started to become a bit dry, it was a good price but not something i would use all the time
I have been constantly dyeing my hair so I prefer to use organic/ natural products for hair care (in my mind that balances my unhealthy habits). I have tried a lot of hair care products that did not perform well and sadly this one is one of them. It did not help much with my dry hair, my hair started falling and I my scalp got dry which of course led to dandruff. To be fair, this also happened to me with other shampoo and conditioners even the high end ones. It may work for someone with normal hair but probably skip it if you have dry/damaged hair.
I was attracted to this brand due to the Natural and Organic side and the fact that it's grey water safe - so we can use when we're on hols in the caravan! I've got very thick and curly hair and prefer to use salon products but when budget doesn't allow for that this range is wonderful. It's also great to use on my young daughter (7), who also has very thick hair but a sensitive scalp and this doesn't aggravate it. It has minimal scent and is thick and luxurious to use and leaves hair feeling clean and moisturised.
I use this sometimes if i think my hair needs a break from any of those chemicals used in hair dyes and other shampoos. I would say it makes it any different but makes me feel like I'm helping my hair a bit :)
I love the thought of using organic products. However, this shampoo & conditioner just didn't do my hair any favours. My hair is quite fine and dry so i really need an intensive, salon product to work with my hair. Unfortunately i wont buy again.
Ok just not for my hair, everyone else in the house appreciated it but me. I do for crazy dry hair though . It's a lackluster no from me. But good for a family go to.
I found this to be a bit drying on my hair. My hair is quite fine and can go a bit frizzy and this didn't really help. Smelt ok and the conditioner was nice, but I wouldn't repurchase as there are definitely other brands I would prefer over this one.
