I have always suffered from dry heels it runs in the family however in the last couple of months they started to get much worse and I started suffering from quite painful splits. The neat feet product was recommended to me by someone in the pharmacy. I find the product is quite oily and doesn't really absorb into your feet which means you do end up using quite a lot and if you happen to put your feet down on the ground you like you need to re apply it. The tube recommends you use it , morning and night but I found this was not practicle as once the product was on your feet it felt quite horrible and so didnt want to wear shoes. In terms of how the product preformed it did help improve the condition of my heels enough to get rid of the splits which is why I will continue using it however my feet are still dry so I dont think it preformed as well as promised.

Tips: You will need to continue using it for it to be effective
This heel balm works well and quickly, particularly when the weather is good for sandals! It is quite greasy and doesn’t soak in right away - however, it does really repair cracked heels with use overtime. Much more efficient than just moisturising your feet.
Tips: Try and use this product preventatively, as it does take a few weeks to fix cracked heels. Do not recommend applying just before wearing (non sock) shoes like high heels and cute sandals - your feet will slip around in your shoe fuse to how greasy it is!
I have been using this product for a while to heal dry feet from exposure to salt water. The product has improved the dryness and peeling of skin on feet and around heels but it is extremely greasy and takes a while to absorb into the feet so I would advise against walking on a hard wood/ lino/ tile floor after application. The product smells ok but you need to wash hands after application due to the greasy nature of product. It is also quite expensive and the tube is only 75g which doesn't last that long.
Tips: Apply before bed and cover with socks to lock moisture in and avoid slipping on floor after application.
Summer time I always get cracked rough heels so on recommendation I brought this product to try. Does it work? Yes it absolutely does, the down side is it’s really thick and hard to rub in and it remains on your heels leaving them feeling quite greasy. I suggest applying it at nighttime so it can be absorbed overnight.
This product is amazing, my feet felt so much softer after just one application. I find it a bit like the consistency of Vaseline (quite thick). Great to use after a shower, apply and put on socks to let it really soak in to your skin. I like it because it doesn't have a fragrance. Recommended to anyone with dry, cracked heels.
I use to think "Why would you need this Product?" "Just use normal Moisturizer?" I was wrong! I was very unwell and my skin got extra dry and my feet started to hurt and crack.
This product is AMAZING!! I am so so so happy with this. The product itself is creme in colour. The product applies nice a creamy, when it's rubbed in it starts to feel thicker. It absorbs nicely; it does leave a slight readue feeling but then as it drys it goes away.
After application my feet feel very soft and hydrated. I used it for a few days and my feet were back to health; I also noticed even when I wasn't using it they still felt amazing. I am very impressed with this product and I have it on hand just incase.
(I tried many moisturizers and they did nothing compared to this product.)
Tips: I sometimes use it on my hands, fingernails and it's brilliant for cuticles.
I brought Neat Feet on recommendation from a Pharmacist. I was looking at another product (which I have since brought) and he told me 'these products are much of a muchness'. mmmmmmmm
I found Neat Feet extremely hard to rub in. Because of this I only used at night and also wore ankle socks to assist with the moisturiser soaking in to my feet. And because I didn't want the greasy moisturiser through my bed.
You are meant to use twice a day. I did try using in the morning before work but once I applied and then walked around, I was basically vacuuming the carpet with my oily feet. Such a gross feeling picking up hair and crumbs. hah hah and yes I do clean my house regularly :-) I then started to put a pair of ankle socks on after applying in the morning but there was not a lot of time before I had to put heels on to then leave for work. If I was wearing heels barefoot, then I was always in for a slide inside my shoe.
I have not quite finished the tube and because I ended up using only once a day (at night) I did not achieve the full affect.
I have rough heels that do split and unfortunately Neat Feet is far too oily and messy for me. Not to mention having to faff around putting ankle socks on.
So this review is of MY experience with Neat Feet.
