Sorry for the horrible rhyming title - but really, a horrible title for my least favourite moisturiser ever seems apt. I was given a sample tube and found it just sat on my skin feeling greasy rather than sinking in leaving my skin feeling lovely and silky. I also did not like the smell. Thinking it was a bad tube batch I tried another complimentary tube years later and found the same thing again. I'll stick to my Steam Cream.

I found Neutrogena Hand Cream to be an incredibly thick, greasy hand cream that felt similar to rubbing petroleum jelly into my hands. It takes a long time to dry, so best not to use when you're in a rush.
That being said, it did leave my hands feeling well-moisturised and seemed to provide a moisture barrier for around four hours.
I'd use Neutrogena Hand Cream if it was an emergency, but otherwise I wouldn't bother.
It has a thick texture but I really like it for my dry spots on my hands. I find it a tad greasy but I don't mind too much, as I put it on before bed and let it work its magic over night.
I use this as a night time hand cream, including feet sometimes:) as it takes a lot of rubbing before it absorbs and along the day I'm allways in a hurry...The texture of this product is more like an ointment rather than a cream.
I always keep a small sized tube in my hand bag for on the go, and the full sized at home. It only takes a couple of uses and your skin is noticably better. I do find though if you put too much on by accident it is very sticky and hard to absorb. A little definitely goes a long way. My feet were in an awful state....quite scary actually.... I made up a foot soak made of sage leaves (great for healing...boil it in a pot let it steep then soak away its great) had a good 20 mim soak, had a good scrub to remove all the dry skin thrn coated my feet in the hand cream and popped some cotton socks on...... extremely big difference in the morning, almost like new normal feet....highly reccomend this cream for sore crackd and dry feet
I always have some of this in my handbag and its also a great gift. I always put it in with a gift for a new mummy...since they are always having to wash their hands.
Tips: Dont use too much at a time!
personaly i dont like this hand creme , , i didnt like the smell and its a bit to greasy for my liking .
I love Neutrogena products but this hand cream is not on the to use list. The smell is a put off, the cream is thick and leaves your hands feeling greasy and disgusting. Only use if its an emergency but I will not be purchasing this hand cream
I can see how this could be a great product for super dry hands! But for normal dry hands its way too greasy. The smell is abit odd too. I would only use it for emergencies.
I got a mini version of this hand cream with a Neutrogena kit that was sent to me. I'm a fan of most Neutrogena products, such as their wipes and makeup remover, and with this hand cream I wasn't disappointed. A small amount goes a long way and it's very hydrating to dry hands. A good hand cream to pop in your handbag for when you are out and about. I don't use hand creams a lot, but this is the product I use when I do!
