This does remove makeup but it doesn't remove waterproof mascara, I had to rub my eyes which I don't want to as it will cause more wrinkles. I've found something that really works from L'oreal so I will never go back to this one.

Not what I'm looking for
Tips: Use L'oreal Waterproof Makeup Remover for Eyes and Lips . It's amazing, it is comparable to Clinique Take the Day Off

The best ever!
I have ultra sensitive eyes, and wear contacts and have found this is the best product ever and I have tried so many different brands over the years. A quick shake of the bottle, and then a couple of swipes and all my eye make up is removed... I wear 3 layers of mascara including 1 layer of waterproof, plus eyeshadow, primer & liquid eye liner and it all comes off so easily and best of all, doesnt sting afterwards!
Tips: I also use it to remove stubborn lipstick.
**Updated, I have recently tried Blinc mascara which is a 'tube' mascara and dries as little tubes on your eyelashes. I read reviews saying no eye make up remover gets Blinc off, but this does!

I love this product! Especially for senstive eyes, as my eyes had to irritation to this product, at all! Easy peasy to use. I honestly just wish it came in a bigger bottle!!!
Tips: Shake the bottle to mix the two liquids . . . Cotton pads work much better tha cotton balls. Soak the cotton pad in the liquid. Press on eye or afew seconds and wipe (not rub) This will get even waterproof makeup off. Repeat if you feel it is necessary! XoXo.

Neutrogena Oil Free Makeup Remover
Fantastic product. I really like ease of use with a liquid solution in comparison to some products that are a cream. It is very kind on eyes & removes all traces of waterproof mascara without having to rub. I will definitely be continuing to use this product.
Tips: Wipe eye area clean with a damp cotton makeup pad afterwards for best results & to remove any slight oily residue. Be sure to shake bottle well before application.

Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Make-Up Remover
This product was amazing! My skin is normally very sensitive and doesn't react well to new products which meant I was hesitant about using this. However, it was easy to use and didn't leave an oily residue on my skin unlike a lot of other make-up removers. I would definitely use this product again.

Great mid-range makeup remover
I found the Neutrogena Oil-Free makeup remover to be a good mid-range product - it does what is says it will do for a very reasonable price so what more can you really ask for?! The smell is a bit chemically but in all honesty, unless you're taking a big whiff of it I don't see how that would really bother you. It removed my makeup easily (although I never wear waterproof mascara so have no idea how it would go with that) and it didn't sting my eyes (many others have). Despite it saying on the bottle "leaves no oily residue" it did still leave an oily film around my eyes, but no worse than any other makeup remover I've tried. All in all, a good solid product.

It worked - but I wouldn't buy it again
I'm not a huge fan of this makeup remover - it certainly removed my eye makeup, but it took a few goes to get it all off, and I really disliked the feel of the actual product itself - it reminded me of those hand sanitiser liquids. It had a slight smell but it wasn't that bad, and very easy to use - the top was wide enough to get a decent amount onto a cotton-wool ball. However, I felt it still left a residue around my eyes that was still there in the morning when I woke up, making it difficult to apply makeup. Overall, this product definitely does what it says it does - I just didn't find it worked for me :)
Tips: Rinse off the residue as much as you can, otherwise it'll stay on for hours !

Neutrogena Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover
This is the first makeup remover i have tried and so far so good. There is a slight smell to this product but is not over powering.This product removes most if not all eye makeup and if not irritating at all. I would buy this product again.

This is amazing for people with sensitive skin and eyes. I find that most makeup removers sting and make my eyes and skin hurt but this is incredible. It shows that you dont have to use a harsh product to get make up off. I find that if I am wearing heavier makeup I need to use a lot more of this to get it off, but it's better than having an irritating makeup remover hurt my skin. I love this and recommend it to everyone. It is a great, affordable product.
Tips: Cotton pads are ideal for use with this. Shake the bottle before you put it on the cotton pad.
