A realiable eye make up remover.
I don't wear a lot of eye make up, but when I do for a night out, I like to get it off before I go to bed - and this is really good. It leaves no streaks and takes off eye liner/mascara and everything. Leaves skin feeling fresh and clean.
Tips: You don't need a lot at all, and remember to shake before use to mix up all the contents.

Very Good
Very efficient eye make-up remover and very good for my skin type. I wear quite a lot of eye make up, but this product didn't have any problems removing it. Would definitely recommend.
Tips: Give your face a wash after to make you feel fresher.

Not bad
I normally just wash my face twice, rather than use makeup remover. However, in the past, I have used the MAC one, which I have found to be very good. This Neutrogena product was ok. It was great on foundation, but I found that while it took my eye makeup off, it really just smooshed it around - it doesn't come off cleanly. It also claims not to leave an oily feeling. I disagree...but it didn't bother me too much, as I always use a cleanser afterward anyway. I probably wouldn't buy it, but it was in arms reach when I was washing my face then I would.
Tips: Definitely shake it (as per instructions) - It doesn't work very well if you don't!

The only eye maker remover I would ever use! Neutrogena Oil - Free Eye Maker Remover is the perfect solution to get rid of heavy waterproof make up, eye liner and even hair dye marks. IT works quickly and you only need a little bit for it too work. Most importantly it doesn't sting my eyes.

Neutrogen Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover
This is a lovely product and certainly does what it says it will do in terms of getting off stubborn eye makeup. I tend to be the keen of the quick wash of the face in the shower and tend to often be left with a bit of a panda eye that I can never quite get rid of. Using this with a cotton pad was so easy. Def handy to have on hand.
Felt a bit dry afterwards so you defintley want to apply a moisterisor
Tips: Also removed all trace of my red lippy that I hadn't bothered to re-apply but that I still had stubborn traces of. I'd say would work for waterproof/longlasting lippy.

Best i've tried!
I applied Neutrogena oil free eye makeup remover to 2 cotton wools, swept it over my eyelids, and in 1 sweep, my makeup was gone! And totally effortlessly too. I like the way my eyes feel after using it, as other brands i've tried have left my eye area feeling very oily. This was easy peasy and I totally recommend it!
Tips: Not really, its super basic to use :)

Neutrogena Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover
Although it says 'Oil Free' it did seem like there was oil in it. This personally doesn't bother me as oil is great with waterproof makeup. The first swipe at my eye removed all of my eyeshadow and most of my waterproof eyeliner which impressed me. The mascara was a bit harder but still did the job quite well.
The residue was not hugely oily, which is nice for a change, so it absorbed quickly into my skin, making it good for my morning panda eye clean up before applying my daily face. The bottle was also a good size, small enough to get into my small toiletry bag, so very hassle free.
All in all, I would use again as it works well and is super affordable, though I do have others that I favour more.
Tips: Definitely shake the bottle well before use!

No Oil Slick!
Works well, didn't effect my contacts and was pleased there was no oily residue.
Tips: Don't forget to shake the bottle!

This is a very gental make up remover though still tough enough to get water proof mascara away in a flash, easy to use. Though very oily so I always made sure to wash my face off after as well.
Tips: Use with cotton wool for better results
