I'm glad other people have found success with this product but I gave up on it a while back. Maybe they've updated their formula since then? I bought it a few times but was never satisfied with its removal power. It makes claims that it can't keep, it would barely smudge my waterproof mascara, and gel liner? Forget about it!

Bung Eye
I brought this after hearing a rave reviews about it, unfortunately for me after using it to remove my make up was not anything to rave about? When i woke up the morning after using it my eyes were really filmy, gunky and felt horrible. Me being me thought ok there must have been some thing wrong with my eyes before using it so I stopped and waited for a few days before using it again but alas the same problem. :(
Tips: If your eyes don't feel right after using it stop.

Not the best makeup remover in my opinion
This is not oil free because it leave an oily residue on the skin and can only be completely removed after a good cleanse, or even two! I used it mainly for eye makeup removal and had to be gentle because the texture it leaves on the cotton pad is not very smooth. I do not know how else to describe it but almost drags the skin when wiping over the eyes. I would not purchase it again although it did remove the makeup well. Just not suitable for my oily skin. I hate the greasy feel it left on my skin.
Tips: Dampen cotton pad first and then soak it with the remover.

NOPE
i really do not like this remover, it stings my skin, leaves a nasty greasy residue (which is strange since it oil free) and doesn't do a very good job at remover make up, specifically eye makeup.
Tips: throw it out lol

Makeup remover
this product formula feels very oily. anytime i use this to wipe of mascara or other eye makeup it leaves my skin feeling greasy and gross. do not recommend.

Oil-Free???
I did enjoy this product - it removed most of my make-up without too much scrubbing. HOWEVER, I have extremely oily skin and so often go for oil-free products and this one HAD OIL IN IT. I could see the globules floating at the top of the liquid. Not very truthful, if you ask me. Luckily, I mainly used it for eyes, so the oil wasn't too much of an issue. But, come on, Neutrogena. Sort it out.

Not what I'm looking for
This does remove makeup but it doesn't remove waterproof mascara, I had to rub my eyes which I don't want to as it will cause more wrinkles. I've found something that really works from L'oreal so I will never go back to this one.
Tips: Use L'oreal Waterproof Makeup Remover for Eyes and Lips . It's amazing, it is comparable to Clinique Take the Day Off

Hmmmm
I personally found it left an oily residue behind even though it says oil free. I didn't like going to bed with that feeling so i was having to wash my eyes with water after. It does remove make up i must give it that. Just not suitble for me

Oil-free but doesn't feel like it
This product says it's oil free, but it just doesn't feel like that. It definitely removes the eye makeup no problems, but it leaves an almost oily residue behind. This is great for use before you jump in the shower, as your shower routine would get off the residue. I just found it a little oily for me and I wouldn't use it again.

Hmmm is it just me?? Positives: I love the bottle & packaging ... but ... Negatives: I find the solution quite oily. How? it’s 100% oil-free?? It takes quite a bit of work to wipe off my eye makeup. And I don’t think it’s the quantity or type of makeup I use… I’ll be looking for a new one to try out.
