During Summer I search for sunscreens that can be used for myself and my children. Neutrogena can be found in most stores. I wanted to give this spray a try because my kids get impatient when it comes to putting on sunscreen. I find sprays faster to use before, during and after swimming.
This can has easy to read labelling. Its a large sized can with a easy to use nozzle sprayer. When travelling its the perfect size to fit into my bag. I didn't experience any leaks from this. The consistency is a liquid spray with a mild floral scent to it.
I can easily spray myself with this before going for a swim. Instead of spraying into my kids faces I open the palm of their hands spray it then get them to apply to their face. This helps prevent their eyes from stinging. This sunscreen can last myself and my kids up to 45 minutes. After that I apply more. Even when my skin is wet I still get good protection with this.
Price wise it is fairly priced. I expect to pay this amount. Some times stores have sales on sunscreens early autumn. Thats when I stock up my supplies. This gave me great protection from the sun. I will be repurchasing because its fast, easy with no mess.
Usually I pick this product up from Farmers when I have reward points to use as it is quite expensive, around the $25 mark. For me despite the price this product is a must have. Right now I have two of them as I always need a back-up. I am incredibly pale and seem to burn just thinking of the sun.
I find the packaging of this excellent a metal long tube with a spray nozzle. The cap twists so it can be locked so pressing down doesn't make the product come out. The cap doesn't turn easily so you can rest assured that you aren't going to find the product accidentally sprayed over everything else in your bag.
The application of this product is very easy. You can just spray it all over your skin and rub in the excess. I love that this makes spraying in usually hard to reach places incredibly easy, eg over the back of your arms, legs, neck etc. It does warn not to spray in your face as you might breath in the fine particles. Usually for my face I carry another type of suncreen but if I haven't I spray this liberally into my hands and pat it into my skin instead. I do find this best to spray outside, if you apply inside it can leave a residue particularly on tile floors which isn't that great.
I find the product non-greasy and doesn't leave a residue at all which is lovely. I also haven't had it effect my sensitive skin.
The sun protection on this is great. I have never been burnt while using this. But in saying that I always reapply often.
