Like most woman ive tried plenty of moisturisers this being one of them, the little container is very compact with the screw lid and is very easy to access and apply. The actual cream I felt was really thick and leaves my skin feeling oily and lathered. I wouldnt buy again and wouldnt recommend.

Pretty good moisturiser, however it is far too thick and greasy for me and I hate the smell of it. Works really well on skin prone to dryness though like hands, feet, knees and elbows.
I have used Nivea cream on and off over the years, and am still not sure exactly how I would rate it. The packinging is convenient and it is relatively inexpensive because a little goes a long way, but the texture is still just that wee bit too thick and greasy for me. Relatively no fragrance which I prefer - light clean smell. From time to time I do go back to Nivea for the heels of my feet, but even then you need to make sure you apply just before going to bed. Far too greasy for hands, but knees and elbows it certainly does help.
I know this has been around for donkey's years, my Mum has always loved this moisturizer and I can even smell it thinking back to my childhood. Unfortunately when I started to use it myself it was a different story. It has a very distinctive scent, hard to describe but it smells of a touch of lavender and Lilly. Most people associate childhood with the smell and that's how I feel. It has a nice medium consistency and its greasy at all. It absorbs well into the skin and leaves skin with a glow. Unfortunately for me being probably from a small group of people I do break out from this. I used this cream for 2months straight hoping my skin would adjust to it, unfortunately not. It does what it says for other people but not for me which is a real shame.
This cream is incredibly thick and gluggy. I find that my skin struggles to even absorb this product due to how thick it is. I purchased this as a heavy duty hand cream but find I reach for it very rarely and usually only on dry cracked heels.
Grew up with Nivea being used by both my mother and grandmother, it was also my first ever cream to use as a makeup remover and a moisturise for both day and night. That was long before I learnt how to truly look after my skin for optimum youthfulness look and preventation of ageing.
However, when times get hard and I have to reign in the budget a cheap tub of this cream works as an all purpose in the short time. Wouldn't religious use as those before me did but in short periods it is great and has lasted the test of time as a reliable product. If I do use this for too long I find that my skin becomes greasy and oils cause breakouts to form so unless you have dry skin then use sparsely, for dry skin I would imagine this would be the perfect everything product.
This moisturiser isn't for me. I know it's a favourite amongst many and tried it. I found it waaay too thick for my face and could only really use it on really dry areas like elbows and feet. If you have very dry skin this moisturiser would do wonders. I used the rest of it to remove makeup which did the job well and left skin moisturised.
Nivea has been in my life I think forever but this particular product is not my favourite. I like the newer Nivea products but this cream always feels too greasy on my skin. The scent is nice and I feel nostalgic when I see the tin but I also find the tin annoying as if you get the cream on your hands it makes the tin greasy and hard to open. I personally feel this cream has had its day.
Tips: Ok to use on a make up free day
Good moisturiser and has a really thick but nice and creamy texture. Good if you have quite dry feet in summer!
Nivea is a brand we all constantly pass in the supermarket, it is surrounded by specials drawing you to it's midnight blue stand. Nivea has been around for years and is one of the leading brands alongside Dove which offer affordable Cosmetics for the average woman.
I'm not too fussy when it comes to moisturising my feet, anything that looks like its going to sort out my crusties will do. If one thing Nivea provides...its thick rich creams, ideals for those tootsies.
This is a product which needs to be applied twice everday to see the desired reuslts. it made my feet feel softer and less sore after a hard days work. The smell wasn't anything special, wasn't over empowering just a light floral scent. When I buy products i'm normally drawn into the smell as it adds to the experience. Nivea didn't deliver on this front.
Tips: Do not use on your face...to oily thick ...and alkaline bases- this will strip your skin of its natural acid mantle. I.e the protective barrier of your skin. It will only provide a negative feed back system on the skin...so your skin will feel great when its applied but it will not reverse the effects of ageing or sun damage etc.
