I tried this in Australia before it launched here and bought it purely out of curiosity. Like others who have posted here I wondered why one would want to wash off a moisturiser. It does smell great and the idea of it was exciting and it was an adventure trying something I'd never tried before but in terms of moisturisation after the washing off, it was lacking for me. Possibly a good product if you're getting dressed straight after a shower and don't want to feel sticky or greasy after moisturising.

NIVEA In Shower Body Skin Conditioner For Very Dry Skin Review
NIVEA In Shower Body Skin Conditioner is a new and more convenient way to moisturise. Now you can quickly moisturise before you even get out of the shower.
Application is a breeze and works in four simple steps
1. WASH - Cleanse with shower gel as usual and rinse off
2. APPLY – Stepping back from the shower stream, apply a generous amount of NIVEA In-Shower Body Lotion. You’ll be amazed how quickly it rubs in
3. RINSE – The caring formula will immediately be absorbed by your skin and then you can rinse off
4. READY– Dry off and you can get dressed immediately!

Tips: Good for shaving legs?
I love this it saves so much time with daily moisturizing as I can do it in the shower and I will never forget to moisturize. amazing !! makes my skin nice and soft
I love the idea of this product - I hate moisturizing after showering but could definitely stand to do it more regularly. I have the very dry skin version and find it works pretty well, but its definitely not as if I'd actually used a moisturizer. It is really quick to use and I still like it for when I wouldn't be moisturizing after showering anyway (which is most of the time, to be honest!). I do find you need to use quite a lot of product though, and unfortunately I really dislike the scent (quite a synthetic 'clean' kind of fragrance). For these reasons I prefer Lush's Ro Argan Body Conditioner, which is a pretty similar product - more expensive, but it goes further and smells amazing. I also think coconut oil alone does a similar job, just need to be careful as the shower gets slippery! Would love to try other scents of this if Nivea made them though.
This is great for on the go moisturising. It allows you to get that great moisturised feeling as part of your shower routine. Can be very slippery on the floor though, and isn't the easiest to use if you need to get more. The feeling also doesn't seem to last all day, like other moisturisers. I would recommend this most strongly if you are travelling or want a moisturiser to throw in your gym bag maybe.
Not that great at moisturising (I use the one for dry skins), and oddly it feels like there is a film over my skin, despite there being no silicones. I'm really lazy with body moisturising, though, so at least this is something.
When I first used this product, I did it all wrong, and it put me off. Now I have figured out a few tips to using it, and using it well!
Tips: - Add some water to the bottle, it thins it down a little, and it goes on a lot easier. - Don't make a huge effort to "wash it off", apply, then just let the water rinse it off. - Don't use it to shave, it clogs the razor up and you end up hopping out with half unshaved legs! (Unless you use a very small amount, applied as a thin coat) - When you get out, "pat dry" your skin rather than a brisk rub, this will help it stay on for longer.
This is so good. Saved a step when I got out of the shower. Awesome smell. And my body stayed moisturised most of the day.
Tips: It may feel weird at first, try and resist the temptation of rinsing it off to much.
This is my go to shower gel; I also use other brands, but Nivea is always in my bathroom.
Solid product, correctly priced. Recommended!
I am pretty slack at moisturising so I love this product. The scent is really refreshing and I find its not a hassle to use the product. I agree with what people say about the lid- its not the easiest product to open in the shower with slippery hands!
I am using the normal/dry one at the moment and I have found it is still very nourishing. I like to just give it a quick rinse off- I don't spend ages trying to wash the product away as I think you lose the moisturising benefits.
When I got sunburnt (naughty I know!) earlier this year I used this everyday to keep my skin hydrated and stop my skin from peeling too much. It felt really gentle on my skin and wasn't as painful as rubbing moisturiser in would have been.
Definitely rinse out the base of the shower after you have rinsed this product off your body- it can make the shower very slippery!
Tips: I have the normal to dry one (white bottle) but think I will get the more hydrating one for the winter months. They have just launched new fragrances of this product in the UK so hopefully we will see them in NZ soon. Think there was brazil, honey and a berry one maybe.
I like this product, it's easy to use and great for when you don't have time to put moisturiser on after the shower. I do find that if i don't completely rinse it off my skin has a sort of rubbery feel to it so it's important to rinse it all off! The bottle broke the first time i used it because my hands were greasy from the product and it slipped out of my hand! but i still use it. I probably won't rush to the supermarket to buy it again once it's finished but i do recommend it for people who are too lazy to moisturize properly.
Tips: RINSE it all off before you step out of the shower.
