Initially I wasn't too sure about this, it seemed a bit gimmicky to me but I received it in my beauty box so was able to give it a go and it impressed me more than I expected. The 'upside down' bottle is great and it's a really good large size - probably because you use a bit more than you would for the likes of a shower gel. Unfortunately when the bottle gets a bit low it is quite hard to squeeze the lotion out. It's quick and easy to apply and rinses off easily too. My skin was left feeling well moisturised- I'm not sure if it was quite as moisturised as if I'd used a regular moisturiser but it was sufficient. I'd definitely use it again and recommend it to friends.

Got this in my Fabulous December Beauty Box and I love the concept of it, especially when time is short. I was initially unsure as I don't seem to get on that well with Nivea products but was willing to give everything in the Beauty Box a go. For the first few times I used it, I was really impressed. Goes on easily, a little goes a long way and you can reach 'hard to reach places' your back! My skin felt great, very soft and so healthy it had that lovely almost shiny moisturised look. As time has gone on though I've noticed it's not doing the job as well as a moisturiser applied after a shower. So I would suggest it's a great one to use in between your regular moisturiser when time is short.
Tips: Be sure to give the shower tray a good rinse after you've rinsed as it can leave it quite slippery.
So I got this product in my Beauty Box from Beauty Review and being that I like to moisturise after every shower, I was quite excited to try it.
I gave it a go, and while it did a good job with making my skin all nice and soft, I felt it didn't do such a great job on the areas where I have extra dryness (ie my elbows and knees). Even after using this product I still needed to moisturise those problem areas as the in shower moisturiser didn't seem to work.
It is a great concept, especially for those who like to cut some time in their daily beauty regime, but I wonder whether just using your usual moisturiser in the shower the exact same way would do the exact same job.
I hate moisturising after showering, so this is amazing for me. It really does moisturise well and as it says on the bottle, rinses off and doesn't leave residue on your towels. It feels nice on but the smell is not amazing - I might investigate the other bottle, or if other companies bring out different scents I'd be interested. It leaves the shower floor a bit slimy but it cleans up easily enough. A little goes a long way. I'm expecting my bottle to last ages.
I love this product because it is quick and easy. I always for get to moisturise my legs and they get really dry in the summer. I added this product to my regular shower routine and my legs feel so much better. I also use it before and after shaving as it softens the hairs nicely too.
Tips: Quick and easy alternative
I am not convinced about this moisturiser. It comes in a very big bottle which can get slippery in the shower and sometimes hard to get the product out. I do love the smell, it is fresh and clean and stays on your skin. I do like the fact that you can moisturise in the shower but I feel weird rinsing it off again. My skin does feel smooth afterwards but sometimes I do tend to moisturise again. Its a great idea for busy people who just want to get in the shower and dressed straight afterwards.
Tips: Watch the bottle, it can get slippery
I'm really on the fence with this product. You have to use a lot, but the bottle is big ( which is good and bad ) and it's hard to get it out, but maybe I'm just a weakling. I do love the feeling it leaves on your skin though, lovely and soft. And a big time saver, cause you can get dressed right away with no sticky I just put moisturiser on feeling.
Despite the promises made this product did disappoint me. The lotion does not do as well as applying the traditional way. The bottle is too big to hold comfortably and apply at the same time. Nivea is my favourite brand but this product will not make my shopping list again.
I got a bottle of the white one which is for normal to dry skin in the second beauty vault. So when I ran out I decided to get the blue one. The biggest difference between the two is probably the smell I haven’t noticed a huge difference between the two. The white one smells fresher, perfect for that morning shower whereas this smells sort a tad sweet with a hint of floral, sort of reminiscent of the iconic blue tins of Nivea cream. The other one has a fresh fragrance which definitely lingers on the skin for a lot longer. This one the scent doesn’t linger much or it’s so soft and neutral that I don’t notice it that much. It does seem a bit more moisturizing than the white one. The white one when I use it and then rinse off my skin is moisturized but just a wee bit sticky when damp for a couple minutes but with this one it seems to have more oil in it and my skin is bit more moisturized. This is fantastic if you’re on the go and need to be able to get dressed immediately after get out of the shower. It does leave some residue on the shower floor though so that’s one drawback. I didn’t have any allergic reactions to this and I quite sensitive and reasonably dry skin. I although I like using a good body lotion after I shower I would probably have this handy in the shower for times when I’m in a hurry.
Tips: Good for if you're in a hurry to get dressed after your shower.
When I saw this advertised i tried and tried to get hold of a bottle but it was selling like hotcakes. Eventually I got my hands on a bottle and I have to admit I was a little sceptical as to how it might work. After washing myself as usual, which always includes the use of an ex-foliating mitt I applied the product. The smell was pleasant but it looked and felt much similar to body wash. Having applied it all over I then rinsed it off. My skin felt like it had an oily layer over it, much like using the old Alpha Keri oil on your skin. I patted my skin dry to allow as much product as I could to continue working. I felt it was a product you would have to use everyday, whereas with applying moisturiser post shower I can sometimes miss a day here and there. The softness effect it had on my skin was really diminishing bye late afternoon, early evening. Certainly would use the product again but like I say I would have to be religious about it's use.
Tips: Pat your skin dry to ensure you do not rub off the top layer of skin with the product on.
