NIVEA In Shower Body Skin Conditioner For Very Dry Skin Review

I love this product so much! Getting out of the shower with soft, smooth, moisturized skin is the best feeling - especially when you don't have to stand around waiting for ordinary moisturizer to sink into your skin. It does feel slightly odd, as if though you have forgotten to rinse off soap, but feeling moisturized and saving time definitely out-weighs that! :)

I bought this after constantly seeing ads for this on TV and in magazines, everyone seemed to be talking about this product. I usually have incredibly dry skin on my legs so i figured this product would be ideal! I was a little bit skeptical I've used similar products in the past and they definitely haven't worked as well work, but I was pleasantly surprised.

It's super easy to use, wash your bod like you usually would, apply like a normal moisturizer. and rinse off. I haven't noticed a scent, but the product is reasonably thick and I do feel like I am often left with 'dirty' feeling skin. Once I've used this product it feels as though my skin has another heavier layer on it - different feeling from using traditional moisturizer.

I am rather lazy at remembering to moisturize, so this has helped in that it has become routine for me to use this before I get out of the shower. I don't find the bottle hard to open as some other reviewers have found however I do find the product very slippery and due to the shape of the bottle it can be harder to hold onto.

I received this in my BR Beauty Box, and to be honest it was the first time I had heard of it! I was a little bit sceptical as to how well it would work, but I was definitely pleasantly surprised.

It's so super easy to use, simply cleanse as you normally would, step out of the water spray and apply like a normal moisturiser, then rinse off. It has a subtle scent that is not overpowering so you don't lose the scent from your bodywash, it has a lovely creamy feel and isn't too thick so you don't need a lot of product.

I am incredibly slack with remembering to moisturise, so this has been a lifesaver, especially over these hot summer months. I have noticed a big improvement in the softness of my skin, and no more dry legs! The only drawback I have found with the product, is that it can leave the shower floor slippery if you accidently spill some, and it is REALLY hard to open the bottle! I almost always need to use the flannel to get it open.

I have been using this since it came out as I am shockingly lazy with my moisturizing, by using this in the shower it makes my skin lovely and soft, it i excellent value and it smells lovely as well. Although you do need to be careful as it makes the shower slippery

I love the idea and to be honest it does do what it says on the packaging, but for some reason I just prefer to moistures the good old fashioned way. One thing that put me off was the size of the bottle it was HUGE (who thought id be complaining about something being to big!) I have a very tiny shower so it is a bit annoying, but the amount of product I need to use explains the size of the bottle. I found that it rubs in so fast you need to use a lot to cover your whole body. In saying that it smells lovely, and my skin felt baby soft after. Im really still on the fence about this product maybe after a few more uses I will love it, like I wanted too.

I love the Nivea in shower range, especially the very dry skin one. It makes my skin feel amazing and adds a touch of luxury to my showers. The only down side is that it builds up on the shower floor and in the drain meaning I have to clean my shower more often. It also makes the floor slightly slippery which has just about led to a few falls.

I am really enjoying this moisturiser. I've always been quite slack at moisturising my body, and usually have piles of body butters and other lotions sitting around unused. I love that this is an in-shower moisturiser, and is really easy to use.

The scent is quite light, and doesn't last (which isn't necessarily a bad thing), and the packaging is awesome. It's so easy to grab the bottle, flip the lid open and slather some on. The price of $8 for such a massive bottle is a big plus too.

I experimented with this quite a bit, to see if it did make a difference. I applied it to one leg but not the other for a good 2 weeks, and could notice the difference. It leaves skin feeling much softer, and very smooth. I love it!

It's easy to apply, and could even be used in place of a shower gel if you were in a huge rush. The cream smooths into your skin easily, and washes off without any hassles either.

The only bad thing is that the packaging is difficult to use once you have used 2/3 of the lotion. The last bits are hard to get out, and the packaging is the problem.

I received this little goodie from the lovely Kirsty Jones which was so lovely of her and I'm so thankful as I had been wanting to try this product. $8 for a huge bottle...defiantly worth it I say :)

I am normally pressed for time in the mornings so wondered how this product would go time wise but it was so quick and simple!

I have been a fan of Nivea products for a long time and this one did not disappoint me. The scent is lovely and the consistency is that of a normal moisturiser, thick but not too thick.

This product was super easy to rub into my skin and I felt like it had absorbed quickly, was very easy to wash off and left my skin with a lovely scent and feeling moisturised.

I will admit that it felt strange while drying my body though as I could slightly feel the moisturiser on my skin and I personally felt that the bottle was too big for my hands so I sometimes found it difficult to squeeze the contents out but it is an upside down container which helps a lot.

I would defiantly recommend this product and will certainly purchase it again. Both my daughters love it as well.

So i was lucky enough to get on of these to try. I thought well this different but ill give it a go. It most definitely does what it says, my skin is silky smooth afterwards. Very easy to use. you just chuck it on just like a shower gel. no need to moisture after which is prefect for me as i never moisture after which is bad and i wonder why my skin is so dry haha. My only niggly thing about it is the bottle. I found it difficult to get anything out when it got closer to the bottom. The bottle was hard to grip and very hard to squeeze anything out with wet hands. I would buy this product again but i would hope that maybe sometime down the track that nivea will change the bottle somehow.

I saw the advertisements for this on the TV and of course like everyone else i was skeptical and thought "moisturising in the shower???" how on earth does that work!! So i ignored that and looked at all the tubs of gloop i had in my bathroom thinking i better use that all up first before i experience anything else. Needless to say i am now 5 months pregnant and need all the moisturiser i can get with my stretching skin and this is perfect for the shower before work where i dont have enough time to ply on the bio-oil and wait for it dry before getting dressed. Best thing ever!!! It does not have an overpowering smell which is key with my super sensitive nostrils. And keeps my skin soft until i get home for the nightly OIL ;)
