I bought this when it first came out as I love the idea of an in shower body conditioner, especially in winter so I can stay in the shower longer! It was ok at moisturising but that meant the awkward shaped bottle also kept slipping out of my hands! I really didn't like the smell either. I didn't intend to buy this again but did when I ran out of body lotion on holiday in Brazil. It was great in a hot climate as I found I couldn't apply normal body lotion easily as I would be sweating as soon as I got out of the shower. It was in a smaller bottle but the plastic split and it ended up leaking all the way round Brazil! I guess this just isn't for me!

NIVEA In Shower Body Skin Conditioner For Very Dry Skin Review
NIVEA In Shower Body Skin Conditioner is a new and more convenient way to moisturise. Now you can quickly moisturise before you even get out of the shower.
Application is a breeze and works in four simple steps
1. WASH - Cleanse with shower gel as usual and rinse off
2. APPLY – Stepping back from the shower stream, apply a generous amount of NIVEA In-Shower Body Lotion. You’ll be amazed how quickly it rubs in
3. RINSE – The caring formula will immediately be absorbed by your skin and then you can rinse off
4. READY– Dry off and you can get dressed immediately!

Tips: Great to use in hot climates but I think Lush makes better in shower conditioners although they are a bit spendy.
I have only just tried this product, I received a free full size sample last week. I personally would not have purchased this due to the price and I hate the packaging (Cheap... Keeps falling over in the shower !!!) However I suffer from really dry skin and this product has somewhat help. Would I purchase this again NO not unless the change the packaging.
Tips: Buy Something Else
I gave this a go and wasn't a huge fan. It left me feeling really greasy and when I dried myself I ended up having lint from the towel stick to me like crazy.
I have very dry skin so I thought I would try it and purchased two bottles one for each bathroom, I found it hard to use i squeezed it and due to the cream being as thick as wet cement I had to squeeze it between my knees, also I found after a few uses that I still needed to use moisturiser, I will not be repurchasing because if I have to work that hard in the shower to have to moisturise anyway haha well it. Defeats the purpose of the product. I may as well buy 8 scratchy tickets.
Tips: Use knees it's less stressful on your hands
Sadly, this product did not live up to expectations for me. I have very dry skin so was very keen to try this product, along with the ease of use and ability to put my clothes on straight away post shower. When used as directed, the moisturiser felt great and was easy to use. I was sceptical when I towel dried myself that it was going all over the towel. My legs felt smooth and looked hydrated. However, this did not last. Within a couple hours, they were starting to look dry again. I would not purchase this again and would continue to use my normal routine.
OK - I don't hate this product at all but wouldn't bother with again as the moisturising effect isn't that great and the smell is pretty bad. It's not really a time saver as either, if you moisturise after you shower you're spending the time anyway. I feel you get a better result from moisturising out of the shower, didn't really feel like I managed to get it all over me either.
I was so excited to use this product, it sounded almost too good to be true. Moisturising and time saving? Perfect. I wish I could say I loved it and I'm converted, but I'm not entirely convinced...
I don't mind the concept of it - applying while in the shower and rinsing off before you get out...and I definitely love that it's time saving. My only problem is that I didn't find it incredibly moisturising and feel that it didn't have the same benefits as using a lotion designed to be applied to the skin to moisturise.
In summary, I would say if you're in a hurry this is great but I'm not sure it's best for me for long term use, I'd always feel like I need something more.
Good on nivea for their innovation here with this product, they have obviously done some research and figured there is a gap in the market for a product like this. I got a couple of free samples via facebook, so was interested to give it a whirl. The smell and consistency of the product was ok, as regular moisturiser is generally thicker, this was a little harder to apply and I spilt most of the first packet on the shower floor! I did notice my skin felt different after washing it off, but rather than leaving my skin feel moisturised it felt as though I had a 'coating' of product left on my skin. I couldn't help myself, and I did apply my regular moisturiser after the shower as I simply wasn't happy that my skin felt soft enough. It's a shame, I really wanted to like this product, but I won't be buying a full-sized bottle anytime soon.
I diddnt leave the shower feeling like i hgad moisturised at all and after using for a week i dont feel like it was any easier or did a better job than normal moisturiser!
I received this product in my December Beauty Box and was so excited to trial it after reading so many rave reviews. I have to say- either I have midget hands or the rest of the world must have super strong hulk hands!!!!! The in shower moisturiser comes in a large, wide plastic bottle which dispenses product from the bottom. It took two hands and an almighty squeeze to get the product out and this only got harder as your hands got slippery from using it! Unfortunately, for me the packaging completely over rides any positives- if you can't get the lotion out, it doesn't matter how good it is. And it IS a very good moisturiser- it is rich and lightly scented and leaves your skin silky. I love the concept and feel with a complete overhaul of the packaging, it could be a must have for my beauty routine.
