NIVEA In Shower Body Skin Conditioner For Very Dry Skin Review

I have very dry skin!!!! I have had it all my life and hated it so much. People would ask what was wrong with my skin lol. But this stuff is amazing!!! 10 out of 10 for me! I actually haven't purchased this, I received a trial sachet. My whole life I hated having to moisturize after showering which led to not being too consistent in doing it but this is way easier than moisturizing! It goes on so smooth and smells great but doesn't linger. When you get out of the shower it really does feel and look like you've moisturized! I would buy this again and again but I would hide it away from everyone else to make it last longer!

I received this little goodie from the lovely Kirsty Jones which was so lovely of her and I'm so thankful as I had been wanting to try this product. $8 for a huge bottle...defiantly worth it I say :)

I am normally pressed for time in the mornings so wondered how this product would go time wise but it was so quick and simple!

I have been a fan of Nivea products for a long time and this one did not disappoint me. The scent is lovely and the consistency is that of a normal moisturiser, thick but not too thick.

This product was super easy to rub into my skin and I felt like it had absorbed quickly, was very easy to wash off and left my skin with a lovely scent and feeling moisturised.

I will admit that it felt strange while drying my body though as I could slightly feel the moisturiser on my skin and I personally felt that the bottle was too big for my hands so I sometimes found it difficult to squeeze the contents out but it is an upside down container which helps a lot.

I would defiantly recommend this product and will certainly purchase it again. Both my daughters love it as well.

I have been using this since it came out as I am shockingly lazy with my moisturizing, by using this in the shower it makes my skin lovely and soft, it i excellent value and it smells lovely as well. Although you do need to be careful as it makes the shower slippery

I received this in my BR Beauty Box, and to be honest it was the first time I had heard of it! I was a little bit sceptical as to how well it would work, but I was definitely pleasantly surprised.

It's so super easy to use, simply cleanse as you normally would, step out of the water spray and apply like a normal moisturiser, then rinse off. It has a subtle scent that is not overpowering so you don't lose the scent from your bodywash, it has a lovely creamy feel and isn't too thick so you don't need a lot of product.

I am incredibly slack with remembering to moisturise, so this has been a lifesaver, especially over these hot summer months. I have noticed a big improvement in the softness of my skin, and no more dry legs! The only drawback I have found with the product, is that it can leave the shower floor slippery if you accidently spill some, and it is REALLY hard to open the bottle! I almost always need to use the flannel to get it open.

I love this product so much! Getting out of the shower with soft, smooth, moisturized skin is the best feeling - especially when you don't have to stand around waiting for ordinary moisturizer to sink into your skin. It does feel slightly odd, as if though you have forgotten to rinse off soap, but feeling moisturized and saving time definitely out-weighs that! :)

I hate moisturising after showering, so this is amazing for me. It really does moisturise well and as it says on the bottle, rinses off and doesn't leave residue on your towels. It feels nice on but the smell is not amazing - I might investigate the other bottle, or if other companies bring out different scents I'd be interested. It leaves the shower floor a bit slimy but it cleans up easily enough. A little goes a long way. I'm expecting my bottle to last ages.

Initially I wasn't too sure about this, it seemed a bit gimmicky to me but I received it in my beauty box so was able to give it a go and it impressed me more than I expected. The 'upside down' bottle is great and it's a really good large size - probably because you use a bit more than you would for the likes of a shower gel. Unfortunately when the bottle gets a bit low it is quite hard to squeeze the lotion out. It's quick and easy to apply and rinses off easily too. My skin was left feeling well moisturised- I'm not sure if it was quite as moisturised as if I'd used a regular moisturiser but it was sufficient. I'd definitely use it again and recommend it to friends.

I am in love with this stuff. I have super sensitive skin and break out in psoriasis if I don't keep on top of it. Basically if I forget to moisturize my skin I pay for it and it only takes about 20 min for it to be beyond fixing. (Those with skin like mine will k ow what I mean). I have a child and am a single mum so shower time is a luxury...after fighting off my child climbing into the shower with me, I sometimes can't moisturize straight after...and cue burning stingy skin. This product has been a god sent!!!! I have mentioned to friends that I almost need a conditioner for my skin in the shower and this is it!!! I just whip it on like a body wash with my hands and rinse it off. Yes it's an extra step in the shower but totally worth it. If I get time I also moisturize with another product afterwards but if I forget it's not a big deal. I would definitely recommend it to those with the same issues I have with my skin.

I got this product to try in my December Beauty Box and have only just got round to testing it out, and boy do I love it!! It has cut a good 5-10 mins off my morning routine!!!

The lotion is thick and creamy, really rich and buttery, with very little scent. Once I have put it on I leave it for a couple of minutes before washing off just to try and get the most out of it.

It is fantastically moisturising, especially on ankles, knees and elbows which tend to be drier for me.

Being able to apply in the shower and then rinse of stops that greasy 'sit' on your skin feeling, and bonus that I don't have to wait for it to absorb before getting dressed!! Just towel dry and you're off!

I do have one complaint though, the packaging is a little firm and I find it makes it hard to squeeze out... anyone else had that issue?

Let's start by saying I'm lazy... by the time I've finished washing my hair, shaving my legs, rinsing, drying off and then trying to tame my hair I just can't be bothered applying moisturiser. Nivea has come up with the absolute best solution to this problem (my laziness) and allow me to moisturise in the shower! It's fantastic and amazing and oh so exciting. The smell is nice and in no way overpowering. It feels fabulous when I put it on and as soon as I step out and dry off I can feel the difference in my skin. I was dubious at first but I have been converted and this is definitely going on my permanent shopping list for the future. Love it
