This definatly does what it says it does but I find it can be quite hard to squeeze out of the bottle it also leaves an oily residue

NIVEA In Shower Body Skin Conditioner is a new and more convenient way to moisturise. Now you can quickly moisturise before you even get out of the shower.
Application is a breeze and works in four simple steps
1. WASH - Cleanse with shower gel as usual and rinse off
2. APPLY – Stepping back from the shower stream, apply a generous amount of NIVEA In-Shower Body Lotion. You’ll be amazed how quickly it rubs in
3. RINSE – The caring formula will immediately be absorbed by your skin and then you can rinse off
4. READY– Dry off and you can get dressed immediately!

I went out to get this product and ive been using it twice a day and my skin is still dry. I got the white bottle and it did feel like it was working but about two hours later my skin looked dull and dry. I will be sticking to my old moisturiser.
I was really excitied to try this as I am lazy when it comes to using moisturiser after showering. Although my skin did feel more moisturised after using it, it was nowhere near as moisturised as using an actual moisturiser. I will continue to use this product until the bottle is empty but I won't buy any more. I will stop being so lazy and ensure I use actual moisturiser.
I think it's a great product although I'm slightly (okay not slightly, very peeved) with the advertising with "I can't believe no one's thought of it before!" They have, it's the lush rose argan body conditioner, it came out a year earlier and won a bunch of awards. not only that but I can't see how it's a time saver. You take the same action of moisturing, but in the shower and then have the added step of rinsing it off. Wouldn't it be easier to just have a shower as normal and then moisturise after with Nivea lotion and NOT have to rinse it off?
Tips: Use a normal moisturiser after the shower and not worry about rinsing any product off.
I was super excited when I got this but it left my skin feeling really rubbery and gross after showering, it does moisturise my skin, but doesn't leave it with the soft feeling I was expecting.
I didn't feel the moisturizing benefits were as significant as advertised. In fact, once I'd "pat dried" myself, I didn't notice much of difference. The concept is a good one though, very convenient but just needs more noticeable results.
Tips: More moisturizing capabilities.
When initially seeing the advertisement on television for it i was immediately curious to see what all the fuss was about and to see whether it would really hydrate and moisturise your skin.
I felt it did the job but not 100%, i did continue to use moisturiser after finishing in the shower as i felt it did leave my skin still feeling somewhat dry.
The lid did leak a bit when left in the shower.
I wouldn't buy this product again, now i've tried and tested it i'll stick to my trusty Vaseline :)
I thought this was a great idea as I have very dry skin and suffer from eczema. I thought it would be great to use this as it seemed to be a product aimed at my skin type. I was wrong. I tried it for over a week being someone who doesn't want to waste product but in the end I just gave up.
I was washing with body wash and then using this product and then I still had to moisturise after my shower anyway because I found it didnt really soak in very well. So in the end using this was just an extra step I didn't need. This product was just not for me.
This was really promoted as something new and revolutionary, but to be honest I was disappointed. For a start, it's nothing new - other companies have been selling in shower body conditioners for a long time. Like all products, it has it's pros and cons:
PROS: - Does a reasonable job of moisturising your skin - Good concept if you are time poor and don't usually moisturise
CONS: - It leaves your shower floor super slippery - The scent is pretty average - it has that generic Nivea smell. If I'm going to use moisturiser (either in shower or regular) I want it to have a nice scent. - It doesn't actually save a whole lot of time. Like, maybe 2-3 minutes?
Overall I feel like (compared to other shower body conditioners I've used) the NIVEA In Shower Body Skin Conditioner For Very Dry Skin was pretty average. Personally, I'll be sticking to my regular out of shower moisturiser.
Tips: Make sure you have a non-slip bath mat (or are prepared to clean your shower a couple of times a week) - this stuff makes it slippery, especially if there is more than one person using it!
I'm still not sure I like this product. The concept as a whole is great, especially for time poor people like myself. I found that it did moisturise my legs but not as well as my Neutrogena Body Moisturiser. I'll still continue to use this until it runs out though, and see if I change my mind.
Tips: Please be careful as you get out of the shower... This product can make the floor extremely slippery
