NIVEA In Shower Body Skin Conditioner For Very Dry Skin Review

Feels great when you're using it in the shower, making your skin feel soft and silky. But I found it didn't make any long term changes to my dry skin unfortunately

I expected this to feel slime-y like a regular moisturiser would (I have washed my hand after applying hand cream and that is the feeling I was thinking of), so it put me off using this for a while but recently I had dry skin to a point of surface cracking and thought I'd give it a shot.

It is easy to use in the shower with the bottle not being hard to open and the thick white cream squirts out in thin smooth lines and spreads nicely around and doesn't feel greasy or slime-y at all. It is heavily scented like lily of the valley and that lingers on the skin a while afterwards. I thought that I would feel less clean afterwards but after toweling off I felt normally fresh.

I found my skin was soft and smooth after use and it does what it claims to do... as for continual use?? I have it sitting in the shower but often I simply forget to use it as my tired mummy brain needs to be re-programmed haha.

It is nice as an added moisture boost in winter.

This is a really nice product that does moisturise well but the big flaw for me is that it takes too long to use in the shower (I prefer to have a quick shower and not have to wait around for a product to "develop" ). The fragrance is really nice but because of the time factor I would not use again. I don't recommend this product for busy people or people who have rush and go showers!

Also, the bottle is quite firm and sometimes it is hard to get product out once the bottle is half empty. Perhaps the packaging can be improved also.

Absolutely love this product I always have it in my bathroom. Great for shaving. Love the way my skin feels

So I was watching a Shaaanxo video on youtube about a week ago, and she was going through all the products that she has finished and what she would buy again. This product was one of the things she loved and would buy again, so I decided to grab one at the supermarket to try. I am very impressed, my skin is fair and naturally very dry and flaky in the winter, and I hate putting on moisteriser after a shower because it is cold so this is the perfect product for those that are lazy like me. It gives you a silky soft feeling just like it says it will on the bottle. Its got the typical Nivea scent, strong and floral which I love and you don't need to use much product to cover your whole body so its going to last a long time. Packaging is convenient with the lid on the bottom so you don't have to shake to get the product out. Definitely will be buying this again once I run out.

I was excited to try this as i normally get lazy and don't moisturize my body when i come out of shower. I liked it and did like it as well i found it hard to squeeze the product out of the bottle and you really need to make sure you wash the product off but i like the smooth feel it lives. I am still not sure if i would buy this product again.

This does take a bit of getting used to but it's a lot quicker then having to moisturise once out of shower. It's a large bottle but it needs to be as you do need a lot of product to apply to your whole body. After you have finished your normal washing routine you take a generous amount and run into your skin then rinse off. It's really that easy. It does leave a residue on the shower floor so I have to make sure I've cleaned it all up as I have littlies but other than that I really like it. Leaves your skin soft and smooth and would definitely recommend to give it a go

Okay, so this product is literally weird. It takes a lot to get used to and the feel of it on your skin while in the shower can be really off putting because it feels like you haven't washed it off properly. But it honestly works much better than I thought it would which is really exciting! It is a great idea for if you are often in a rush and don't really have much time. It can be a problem though if you are trying to put on skinny jeans after the shower :O this in shower moisturiser is amazing though it makes your skin extra smooth and hydrated for ages I definitely recommend trying it!
