NIVEA Body Lotion Irresistibly Smooth Review

I have used most of the nivea lotions and found this one to be a consistently good as the others that I have used. Of all of them, this one is definitely the silkiest smoothest to apply. It had a lovely texture and glided on with ease absorbing into my skin. It had a pleasant smell and moisturised my skin really well. I didn't feel it dreid out and I thought it was value for money compared to other brands.

This product has a thick, liquid consistency with a fresh scent. It moisturises my dry skin really well, and works all day. It can be a little heavy in the summer especially when it's super warm, but it's fantastic in winter when I need the extra hydration. The bottle can mean it's difficult to get all of the product out.

I don't normally use Nivea products but this was an item in a gift pack. I love the scent... its kind of sweet but light and powdery. I usually like to layer scents but this is no an overwhelming scent so I can wear perfume without it taking away from it. Packaging is kind of cute in colour and shape. I love the amount you get for the price! I have really dry and sensitive skin but this lotion absorbs quickly and lasts on my skin. I never have any adverse reactions and find it really soothing after a shower.

Nivea are always good when it comes to lotion, and this is no different.

The packaging is a pretty purple-blue, which hints to the very slightly perfumed product inside - I get a tiny whiff of baby powder and flowers, personally! You can purchase this lotion in a variety of sizes - I have the 250 ml and the 400ml pump action on the go at the moment.

The label claims 'long lasting' and írresistable' smoothness and the product does a good job of delivering on both promises.

The lotion is light and non-greasy, absorbing reasonably quickly and without a lot of residue. As it absorbs it leaves behind smooth, silky skin that feels nourished, healthy and pleasant.

For a tiny pricetag and ready availability, you can't really go wrong with Nivea lotions, and this one is no exception

NIVEA is not my first choice when it comes to moisturising, but I am very pleased to have received this as a gift from Mum. The packaging I have is a pump bottle, my favourite sort for a body lotion. I like the 400ml size, the colour is a nice purple blue, and with a curve to the bottle which is a nice aesthetic plus a good shape to hold. The lotion itself appears pretty normal. A lovely light cream that is cooling on the skin and absorbs super easily, no oily residue and not gluggy. Doesn't leave a trail unless you apply way too much. I really like the Fragrance, although some might find it a bit overpowering if wearing a perfume. What impressed me was the results. I started using this upon a return from a pacific island, with some quite strong angry red sunburn and dry skin from all the sea/sun/surf. I stuck to using this twice a day, applying throughly. My skin still went through the super-itchy after-burn healing stage. The great thing was, I didn't peel at all, and not only that, my skin started to feel incredibly smooth. Like silk. I couldn't believe it. I've now started using it all over, not just on the areas I was sunburnt. It makes my skin feel hydrated, thorougly moisturised, softer and smoother than it has been in a very long term. Totally recommend, it does what it says it will. It is now my favourite body lotion.

This product is as it claims. It is a great body moisturiser, sinks in well without being greasy. It is a fairly thin lotion, easy to spread. It lives up to Niveas reputation and of course, affordable. I recommend this as a basic, simple body moisturiser.

I bought this body moisturiser reluctantly as I used to use Nivea's ultra rich one and lately it always separated. I phoned them about it and they said that they had stopped making it.

This one has the same smell, easy to apply and absorbs into the skin easily, not greasy but leaves a lovely sheen on the skin which I personally like.

My skin remained lubricated even after the sheen absorbed into the skin and that is after 3hrs of tennis.

It came in a pump bottle that was easy to use one handed and the cream spread really easily. It didn't foam up into a 'white cloud' - which I utterly HATE - and absorbed really easily.

Definitely recommend. Liked that you can buy it while grocery shopping and it can be on special as well so it makes it even more affordable.

This is my go to body lotion. It's light yet it makes your skin feels so smooth. It has subtle scent which I loved and the consistency is just right,not too thick. I find this great especially in summer months.

I love love love Nivea products, especially this moisturiser. A little goes a long way with this product and it leaves a non greasy feeling on your skin. The bottle lasts me about 6 weeks and that's using it twice a day all over my body. It also smells amazing. So great even for sensitive skin.
