NIVEA Stress Protect Deodorant Aerosol Review

I've never been a big fan of spray on deodorants/ antiperspirants, because frankly I don't think they give enough protection against perspiration. And I'm a heavy sweater, just at any point in the day, not even really when I'm stressed or particularly active. However, I was willing to give this a try as a new product on the market. I didn't have a lot of high hopes for it though.

I have been using this product for about a week now and for the first few days I was pleasantly surprised. It did provide good antiperspirant protection and I didn't find myself with sweaty pits at the end of the day. I don't really remember if I was in any stressful situations, in which this product is meant to excel in particular, but for at least the 3 days, this product provided good protection. However, at about day 4, it was a different story. Even just two hours after putting it on, I felt quite sweaty, and I hadn't done anything different from the past 3 days. Now at the end of the trial, the product just does nothing for me. I will definitely not be purchasing this product and will go back to my trusty roll on.

I would say for friends to at least give it a try, it's definitely worth seeing if it works for you. I mean if it lasted 3 days on me, then it'll probably last longer on less sweaty people. Those first 3 days were pretty great but sadly, it couldn't stand the test of time.

Firstly this is the best smelling deodorant I've used! smells amazinggg. It lasted on me all day without any foul oders or sweating for that matter, definitely a great new product!

After using a roll-on for such a long time it takes a bit of getting used to the chilly sharp spray of a spray deodorant! But this has a nice odour and has done the trick so far, even with my stressful week at work.

Yes I mean it! This is now my favourite deodorant and I am going to recommend it as an effective and recommendable product. As always, Nivea comes up trumps and had produced a deodorant we can depend on. I leave for work early, sit in the traffic and arrive to find a busy day unfolding in front of me. I need stress protection and this is it. I'm so happy to find a really effective deodorant that isn't pungent and smells sickly; this is delicate and almost un-noticeable. Feels good on my skin and lady's all day. Its just what I want and will buy this as my next replacement deodorant. Thank you Nivea :)

I would say that i have not been overly stressed out while using this product but it deffinatly works wonders. I have sensitive skin and this did not irritate me at all. Will deffinatly buy.x

I have never been a fan of aerosol and this hasn't changed my mind. However, this deodorant smells great and does give awesome protection against sweat. I used it before exercise and it was just as good as their roll-ons. The only complaint i have is that you do need to let it dry properly for it to work...so if you are in a hurry you might need to flap your arms a bit to help it dry quicker.

I haven't used an aerosol deodorant since I was in year 9 - and I probably still wouldn't.

Not saying this didn't do it's job - it did seem to prevent excessive sweating. This was tested during a hot February weekend, so I can vouch that the antiperspirant works.

But the smell is like any other aerosol deodorant - super intense. Spray and then move into the other room unless you want to be chemically gassed out.

When I sprayed it, it was like air - not even cool refreshing air.. So that's probably why there was always an intense smell - I couldn't feel the spray!?

Dry armpits = yes, but at the cost of your lungs?

I found that it didn't stain my clothes, and kept me dry. Fragrance was nice but too overpowering in spray form.

A really great product to trial, as I'm normally a bit skeptical about trying new deodorants! It smells amazing and really does what it says - I've been working it for two days and I've really noticed a difference. I had to go to the ear clinic today and have my ears suctioned (TMI - maybe?) and I was stressed to the max and I still felt clean and not sweaty. I'd definitely buy this product - ALTHOUGH the tester itself was complete crap. The spray doesn't come out that well and you end up with a limp stream that just goes in one spot. I'm not sure if the full size one does that too but that was pretty disappointing.

This deodorant gives you good protection and has a lovely smell. Good for those who worry a lot as the protection is long lasting
