NIVEA Stress Protect Deodorant Aerosol Review

I'm usually more inclined to buy Rexona roll on deodorant (I've used Dove in the past and found it hasn't worked very well, and I'm not the biggest aerosol fan) but I was pleasantly surprised with this!

It's nice and gentle on my sensitive skin, even as an aerosol, doesn't over-dry my skin and it really does keep stress sweat under control! I'm doing relief work at a new company this week and I've been so nervous about it - needless to say today has been a little stressful, not to mention the hot weather! But this fab deodorant kept everything under control and I didn't need to reapply my deodorant, even at the end of the day, which was a huge relief!

Overall I didn't mind this stuff.. I've been using it every day for about a week to 10 days, and the sample is almost gone! So I don't think its particularly economic, but I never find spray ones to last very long unless its a huge bottle.

On a normal every day basis, this kept me nice and dry, smelled good and left no white marks. I have used it while exercising, and while it is ok, its nothing amazing and doesn't keep the wetness at bay. I personally would rather just use a stronger deodorant that was good for working out as well, because that also works for stressful situations!!!

Don't think I'd bother buying.

I found this a great product. I usually use a roll on rather than a spray and was surprised at how easy this was to use. No mess, it dries quickly and has a pleasant fragrance. Most importantly it provided effective protection all day.

Growing up in Canada, I'm used to solid stick deodorants. The gels and roll-ons and aerosols are all still a bit strange to me. And generally I go for unscented as I find - especially at the gym - anything with too much perfume gets overwhelming and can give me headaches. (Annoying? Yes.)

This may have actually converted me. It worked exactly as it said it would. Though I can't confirm or deny how well it still works 48 hours later, it kept me dry through workouts, crossfit WODs, big meetings and even bumping into my ex for the first time in 2 years.

The scent isn't overpowering and is actually only really noticeable right after you put it on. And, again, it works.

While I'm still a big fan of the solid stick deodorants, I think I might just keep one of these on hand for days I know I'm going to need that extra little bit of protection.

I loved this.. Mods what it said even in 29 degree heat.. Lovely smell and felt light, non greasy or sticky. Left skin feeling soft. Would prefer a roll on so will be looking for that

A deodorant that actually works! Great find, smells good and lasts all day, highly recommended. I won't be using anything else.

after the first use this product has complimented my needs so well! it smells amazing and really does a fantastic job. i tend to get a little sweaty when i get nervous or flustered and this deodorant has helped keep the b.o away and minimal sweat ! love it

I am not an aerosol person when it comes to deodrant and have always loved and only used a roll-on deodrant so it was great to have this deodrant as trial.

Well my day off start with a usual shower but instead of roll-on just straight up aerosol and even no perfume. Yes, I wanted this properly tested. Spraying it under my arms was pleasant as I had just shaved and I didnt have any burning sensation that I normally get and I was very pleased. The aerosol seemed to dry quite quickly because I didnt have any wet underarm marks on my clothes I sometimes get when my roll on does not dry.

My husband absolutely hated the smell of the deodrant so that was a negative. I wont say it was the best smelling deodrant I've used but the smell was different, little pungent but nothing too harsh and if I really wanted - I'm sure the smell would grow on me.

I'm pretty sure my day warranted a stressful day because I had an interview and after the interview packing up our house for moving. I sat in the interview with sweaty as hell palms because the guy talking to me was absolutely mean and non professional, BUT no sweaty underarms. Packing up our goodies with lots of dust and wiping sweat off my forehead I was pleasantly surprised that I didnt have a bad sweaty smell under my arms. (Sorry for the mental picture)

My verdict is YES it delivered and kept its promise to protect me so thank you Nivea. Unfortunately I'm not allowed to own a bottle because my husband hates it but I'm definitely recommending it to my friends.

I trialed this over a weeks period, and luckily it happened to be very hot. Unfortunately this product didn't quite cut it for me, I needed to reapply half way through the day on the very hottest days where I had excess sweat and again before I went to the gym in the evening. So was defimetly not a 48 hour protect. I did like the scent though and I think this would be ok for the winter, when it's not so hot.
