NIVEA Stress Protect Deodorant Aerosol Review

I was extremely hesitant to try this as I am allergic to all aerosols I've tried since I was 13, and that was 25 years ago, but I had no reaction whatsoever to this product! The scent was gently enough for my tastes as I'm not a fan of 'don't my armpits smell divine?' deodorants. I work in a top restaurant that does 300+ covers per shift with only a few staff, and not did I not sweat, but I also never felt the need to check if I was. I would buy this again. Definitely.

Great smell, love it ,like the colour of the can. Nice and easy to hold. Will be buying it again. It is a lot better than others I have tired

This product was good on a number of levels.

1. It sprays on quite dry so there is no need to wait for it to dry before getting dressed. 2. It's not cold on application which I don't like about alot of other spray on deoderants. 3. It definitely kept me dryer for longer during my work day. The start of my work day is the busiest and most stressful so the product kept me dryest when I needed it the most. 4. Definitely no hInt of body odour even after a 16 hour work day so really impressive. 5. Used over a period of 7 days with no negatIve skin reactions.

The only negative would be some of the product rubbing off onto my clothes. Easily removed though.

I really enjoyed this product and would purchase it! My job can be rather stressful as Im on the go all day with a million things being fired my way constantly, teacher life eh! I just used this once in the morning and a little freshen up if im out in the evening and I found it to be gentle on my skin, it protected me throughout the day and it has a nice, soft smell.

I sweat quite a lot and often sweat through my deodorant, so the opportunity to try this deodorant was perfect for me. I decided to test it on a warm sunny day. I sprayed it on, and it has a pleasant scent, not overwhelming unlike some of them. Six hours after spraying it on I was still dry. I think respraying after that would be a good idea but 6 hours of not having to worry is great! I will definitely keep using this!

I was not too impressed with this product. The smell made me get a headache and it certainly did not last 48hours. It also left white patches on my clothing which is definitely not wanted. Went for a run and it wore off straight away

The product is great in that it does what it claims to do - protects against sweat and odour. The smell is nice and it has a nice dry feel on the skin. My problem with it is that it is in aerosol form. I find it hard to breathe when I am spraying, and in fact I had hayfever-type symptoms over the days I was using it - runny nose and sneezing. If I could have this in a roll-on form I would probably buy it!

Love the scent of this deodorant although sadly the scent didn't seem to last long after I had applied it. The days I have trialled this product have been really hot and I have been flat out at work which means that I have been 'glowing' on many occasions throughout the day. Although the lovely scent of the deodorant didn't last... luckily its ability to keep me from smelling did. I will use this deodorant again... the advantage of the scent deteriorating means that it wouldn't interfere with any perfume I wear :)

At a functional level this product worked well and did what it claimed to, keeping me fresh and sweat-free during the day. However it's probably not one I would purchase for myself for a couple of reasons. First, I found after spraying it on that the mist stuck around in the air for about 10-15 mins and I felt like I was inhaling it while I was doing my makeup afterwards (even though I had applied the spray in a different part of the room). Second, it transferred a lot of white powder to my clothing even though I didn't get dressed immediately. I've used Nivea's Black & White Aerosol before which doesn't transfer to clothing, so that's definitely the one I'd go for the next time I need a new aerosol deodorant. For sweat-protection, I would say the Stress Protect is superior - but I'm not particularly sweat prone anyway so Black & White would be my choice.

Stress Protect Deodorant has a pleasant scent, It doesn't smell like a girls high school gym changing room. Phew! Its almost sweet but soft scent, similar to other nivea products smell. There was no white powder residue which means no transfer of the horrid dry white powder effect. I even wore a black singlet & shirt top to put this baby to the test. Also no product build up in the cease of your underarm. Overall I liked this product it lasted well over the day / night and I did the sniff test and could smell the deodorant scent not me and this was over 12 hours later. Honestly though 48 hour lasting power.... I showered so could not testify if it does what it says and that is last 48 hours, however I still gave it a high rating because it did enough for me between shower times and that I would purchase this product for future use.
