NIVEA Stress Protect Deodorant Aerosol Review

It actually does what it says, cool when you put it on. I actually quite like it but there is one con to it that i didn't really like. If if gets in contact with black clothes it does turn that area white which is something that i don't like. But i would purchase it.

I trialled the stress protect aerosol for 5 days. In that time I had netball trials, 3 sessions of bikram yoga and a meeting with my chief supervisor for my PhD - all situations I find to be pretty stressful in a variety of ways and seemed perfect for trialling a product that claimed to 'provide protection against sweat and odor' during physical activity and stress. I applied the stress protect each morning after my shower and went about my day. I found the deodorant did protect me from everyday sweat and body odor, however, I didn't find that it gave any more of less protection than my regular deodorant during stressful situations. In other words, I was no more or less sweaty in the variety of stressful situations I put my body in this week. Due to this, I really didn't feel that it provided 48 hours worth of protection - by not preventing sweat I didn't feel confident that I needn't reapply the deodorant the next morning. 24 hours protection seems a little more fitting. I had previously tried the stress protect roll-on and had expressed a dislike for the smell - the aerosol was the same. I found it had a strong, almost sweet smell that was extremely overpowering and quite pungent. I personally like a deodorant with a subtle perfume so this wasn't for me. I didn't find the product horrible - but it definitely wasn't revolutionary.

I have to admit I started this trial thinking this product was going to fail. I have tried anti stress deodorants before and they let me down every time. I was so surprised on the first day of my trial there was no sign of sweat. Ok I thought to myself it was a quiet day but tomorrow is Monday and I have the big bosses over surely I will prove that is product is all talk I even wore my top that I sweat in every time I wear it but once again no sweat. It's day number 5 and there is still no sign of sweat. We'll done Nivea. I love this deodorant!

Was a bit dubious to start but I love it. Sprays on almost dry and while it is perfumed, it blends or isn't noticeable over my perfume. And I'm dry all day. Just might be changing my usual brand...

I don't use a deodorant all the time only when I intend to be physically active or working as a relief Secondary School Teacher. I didn't have enough time to fully evaluate its effectiveness for emotional stress but did notice it was very effective when I was angry and when at the gym. I asked my son (22 yrs) to test it as well - he normally uses Dove and he reported it worked and we both agreed the perfume was very pleasing and the dryness was a bonus.

Personally I prefer Roll-on with little to no frangrance but this spray went on easily and the fragrance didn't seem to impact on my purfume too much!

Deoderant is one product where I find that the product doesn't necessarily do what it says. I have had trouble with allergies to some and find others just don't keep me 'fresh'. I really liked this product. I liked the fragrance and found that it kept me dry and smelling good all day. I tend to use roll on rather than aerosol but found this product really effective. Dont know if it made a big difference when I wss stressed but it coped with me exercising.

I really enjoyed using this product. It smelt really pleasant compared to other products I've used in the past(some sprays smell very alcoholic) and doesn't leave white marks on my clothing.

I didn't notice a difference between normal deodorants and this one which is a "stress protectant" and I couldn't imagine going 48hrs without reapplying. However I would use again simply because I liked the smell and the "freshness" I felt using it.

As i sweat an awful lot i was intreged to see how this deodorant would stack up. I have a stressful job running around and have a work out programme 3 days a week i found Nivea Stress Protection Deodorant amazing i didn't feel self conscious at any stage about smelling or being soaking wet from sweat. The smell is nice not to over powering and i applied again during the day just to make myself feel fresher. This is on my shopping list for the future.
