NIVEA Stress Protect Deodorant Aerosol Review

Pleasant and not overpowering smell. Tried to test the 48 hour theory, and seemed like it could work, not musty and could reapply the following morning. No stinging sensation when applied to freshly shave under arms.

Loyal to stick deodorant, I was curious and also already skeptical of this product. My past with aerosol deodorants meant sticky, ineffective and overwhelming in scent. Being very prone to sweating despite deodorant, I was excited to hear of a stronger product in the market! When I first tried it, I was pleasantly surprised the smell is refreshing - no sickly fragrance! Although on first application it is a bit strong, it fades quickly. Over the course of the day there was noticeable less sweat/perspiration and could tell it was still working around the end of the day. Even during work etc felt well protected. On one of the hot days I tried it, I felt as if it was a bit more effective than roll ons I have tried before. Would definitely buy again, but would love to try a roll on version! However, it definitely does not last 48 hours and I did not feel protected the next day without applying!

Usually I wear roll on as spray deodorants as still under my arms if I've recently sprayed but this one didn't. My skin reacts to some deodorants but this one was great which must be due to having skin tolerance dermatologically proven and no alcohol. The smell is subtle and pleasant and the deodorant worked well at preventing sweat and odour. I will use it again.

This is a great deo. At first I found the smell a bit strong, but it faded away quickly and didn't interfere with my perfume. It kept me dry and smell free all day, even after a gym session in the morning. I have reactive skin and it didn't irritate me.

I usually use a roll on deodorant but I was excited to try this out, and it didn't disappoint! The smell is airy and not too noticeable, and it does exactly what it says it will! I haven't been in much of a stressful situation today, so I don't know how good it will work if I'm really perspiring, and I'm not sure that the protection will be quite as good during the whole 48 hours

I've always preferred spray deodorants to roll-ons because you can use it as a body spray/mist as well as an anti-perspirant. This deodorant smells lovely and does keep you dry for most of the day, although it's no better than many other deodorants I've tried. One thing I dont like is the '48 hour protection' claim, because unless you don't shower for 2 days, it's a bit of a pointless statement..

I enjoyed using Stress Protec, it has a pleasant aroma, it is gentle and it is effective but 48 hour anti-perspirant protection ? to me that is overstated and possibly unrealistic. I stress out often and suffer from anxiety, Stress Protect worked fine for me for about 24 hours. I would use it again.

I was sceptical about the effectiveness of this deodorant, as my experience with aerosols in the past has been disappointing, but I am pleased to report that I have renewed faith. This product did deliver what it promised, and I gave it a good test too, wearing it to a job interview. I felt myself perspire a little with nerves, but hours later I still smell lovely. The product has a lovely, light scent that doesn't overpower, which is really good too.

I didn't feel it lived up to it's description. Over the past week we have had so pretty hot weather in Auckland and it lasted for about 2 hours, so I was reapplying several times a day. The rate at which I sweat is quiet average so I would hate to think what it would like for someone who sweats a lot. On a good note it smells nice. Did it protect better than any other deodorant - No. Please note my job is not overly physical but can be a little stressful.
