NIVEA Stress Protect Deodorant Aerosol Review

When I first started using this I thought the smell was really lovely and fresh but as I continued using it it grew to be very cloying and a bit too strong. I don't know if that was because I was applying the aerosol too heavily as I'm used to roll-on deodorants or if it is quite strong-smelling. It is a good, standard long-lasting deodorant. However, it does bill itself as 'extra protection for stressful situations' and I found it didn't measure up to that claim. While I was wearing it I did experience a few stressful situations involving physical pain, intense concentration and urgency that resulted in a wash of sweat and resulting body-odour. The Nivea Stress-Protect didn't seem to deal with this any better or worse than my usual deodorant. For me, it lives up to its claim of lasting 48 hours but not to its claim of being a stress-protect deodorant. The disclaimer I put on this review is that I'm used to using roll-on deodorant so maybe reviewing an aerosol deodorant wasn't a fair comparison because I may have been applying it incorrectly - i.e. maybe too heavily in one area and to sparingly in another. I guess this makes it sound like I've got giant armpits but hopefully those reading this will know what I mean!

I liked this deoderant, has a lovely smell and doesn't stain any clothes! It did provide protection against any odour (yay!) however, I have to say that as for being a protector against stress perspiration - It didn't work for me in that capacity.

Not a big fan of aerosols as I find the spray overwhelming when it floats around and you have to hold your breath. Although this product still gave me that sensation the smell was pleasant. The deoderant was effective during boot camp, I found I was dripping everywhere but under the arms. It also seemed effective for the whole day at work. It does mark your clothes though, so I had to put on after I was dressed which was much easier when wearing sleeveless garments but awkward when not because of the spray.

Absolutely loved this wee gem! It didn't leave marks, and was effective for a full day in a warm office.

I sweat quite a bit & really loved not worrying about having sweat marks or anything. have already told soooo much people about nivea stress protect. Awesome!

I thought this deodorant worked brillantly. It smells really nice and it protected me during when I get quite hot doing the physical work and can't afford to be sweaty and smelly at work! It lasted all day as well which is hard to find! End result: Will definetly be buying this product again.

Since I was a teenager I have always thought I could only use roll on anti perspiration to do the job properly but much to my delight I have now found a spray that actually works for me. I have at times a very physical and sometimes stressful job and was worried this would not protect me all day but it definitely did I also would love if they made the size that we received as it was wonderful to just throw it in my handbag and take on the go, this product has shown me I can now use spray not just roll on. The fragrance was pleasant without being over powering. Yay thank you Nivea

I am a prone sweater. I always sweat when put in heat.

I started off the journey today with a shower and then applying the deodorant. All is well so far. I then not only had to hike up a hill but to stand in a line, in the middle of the sun's rays beaming down upon me. By this point I was thinking I must smell. But after a quick conformation whiff, it would appear that there is not a drop of sweat under my arms.

This has lasted around 12 hours and still nothing.

I used to swear by Rexona but from now on I will only be purchasing this deodorant

WOW this was hands down the best one I have used ! I put this on in the morning after my shower before my long hot day at work ( i work outside most of the day washing cars this is hot and sweaty work ) and this kept my pitts dry all day !

It has a really great smell aswell
