NIVEA Stress Protect Deodorant Aerosol Review

I started trialling Nivea stress protection Aerosol yesterday.

I don't usually use an aerosol deodorant so I found it quite cold on the skin.

The first thing I noticed was its scent it was quite strong and over powering. As the day went on the scent strarted to really annoy me almost making me feel a bit sick. I persevered to give it a good go.

The antiperspirant properties I found to be good, patticuarly because it was a hot day. I also went for a run that day and found it control the perspiration well but the scent was still overpowering so I was glad to have a shower after my run and wash it off.

Today I tried it again and once again the scent was too noticeable for my liking. After noticing the scent several times over the next hour or so I've decided to wash it off as it was making me feel a bit sick.

I wouldn't use this again solely because of its overpowering scent, otherwise all other aspects if this deodorant were satisfactory.

I have been wearing this for a few days and all I can say is wow! Initially I was excited for this idea because I know that I am prone a spot of stress sweatage! Especially if I have had a bit of a cry, not long afterwards i'm a bit on the pongy side. So its a really really good idea that i'm sure will benefit a lot of people.

I put it on in the morning after my shower and was rearing to go. Initial thoughts were 'hmmm it smells quite strong - like a sports deodorant' and 'oh dear its put white marks on my shirt'.

The smell was quite strong but it wasn't unpleasant. It isn't my favourite smelling deodorant, but it also isn't the worst. Its pleasant.

The white marks are a bit of a pain. I don't normally use spray on deodorants, just out of personal preference. I'm not sure if this is a common side effect of spray deodorants. But i'm certain that it could have been avoided if I had waited for it to dry instead of quickly shoving my clothes on. White marks is a problem with my favourite deodorant as well, so thats not a major put off for me. Just need to slllooowww dooowwwwnnn!!

During the day I didn't smell at all. Fairly standard. No need to reapply and I was quite comfortable for the whole day. That night I went and gave blood (a stressful experience for anyone) and went for a run to put it to the final test. After that when I sniffed my armpits (don't mean to be crude!!!) all I could smell was the deodorant. Lovely! This isn't normal for me after I go for a run so I was quite pleasantly pleased.

Been trying it for a few days now and I have had the same results every day. I have to say I was very skeptical of this to begin with. I normally use Rexona Clinical Protection and am pretty dedicated to it but now I think I will be mixing it up a bit. It most definitely does what it says it will and I think I will definitely give the roll on a try too!

Smells great, and does exactly what it says it will do. I have used it before going to the gym, powerwalking in the sun, and working outside in the sun doing gardening. And no odour and no sweat. Great! Whilst testing this, I purposely did not wear any perfume so that I could make sure I did not have any odour, and my family commented that I smelled nice. The negative side for me, was the application, the spray was either too far away, and I didnt feel like I got any on, or too close and that leaves white marks on your skin (and bra). I have used other aerosols that have a wider spray coverage, that perhaps could be incorporated into the packaging. Pleasant unobtrusive packaging to look at. I have not tested it for 48 hours, sorry, I cannot go that long without showering.

I never expected much from an aerosol because they wear off fast and easy but i am so amazed by this product, i followed the directions on how to apply and let it dry, it smells so nice! Fresh and fruity and the smell lasts! ! I used this for 3 days, I usually pay $12-13 on Rexona clinical roll on but i will be switching to the Nivea aerosol, it keeps me dry longer & it smells good too! My new holy grail product, i will be buying this for my husband too :)

i found this product to be quite good during an average day at work, although felt a bit moist under my arms, however the next day when i tried it out at the gym, it was just an embarrasing situation. It did not help with body odour in a sweaty environment, and actually left the gym early as i felt quite self conscious. Also found it was quite messy to use. The smell is quite nice however......the deodorant, not me!

I've been using this for a few days now and will definitely buy again. I haven't found that I get itchy and irritated under arms with this deodorant which I get from most deodorants. I do find that I like to top up in the afternoon just because I don't feel like it protects as well as a roll on but this is just preference, it's definitely protecting against both sweating and odour.

I have tried the Nivea Stress Protect Deodorant Aerosol for a few days now, and I am so impress on the product. Normally by the end of the day the deodorant I bought from supermarket have way past its used time and will have to either re-apply or take a shower. Using Nivea Stress Protect, leaves my armpits dry and I still feel fresh until the end of the day which is a nice feeling. I do find when I applied the product, it felt very cold and itch especially after shave.

This is a nice dry spray with a beautiful scent. Not overpowering at all. I had wondered if the Stress Protect Actives would make it smell unusual in some way but the fragrance is lovely.

Really happy with this product, wouldn't say it gave 48 hour protection like it claimed to but definitely lasted a lot longer then most antiperspirant deodorants that i have used. Had a pleasant smell, and the way the trigger is positioned means it can't be accidentally sprayed if its in your bag without a lid :)

I play a lot of tennis and during summer I do perspire a lot. I found that it was sufficient to get me through most matches unlike other deodorants that I would need to reapply after a couple of sets. Pleasant smell too.
