NIVEA Stress Protect Deodorant Aerosol Review

Worked fine as a day to day deoderant but didn't keep me as dry as my normal deoderant when working up a sweat

It was interesting to try a new deodorant however I couldn't notice it out-performing my regular '48 hour' roll-on. It reduced my sweating and eliminated odour for the 24 hours I expect rather than the 48 hours claimed (in line with other '48 hour' ones on me). On application it dried nice and quickly however I needed to flick off excess product that flaked before getting dressed. (This may be my application technique being used to roll-on though). On another note I found the scent quite over-powering however I am quite sensitive to smells and often choose the 'no scent' option

I used this the first time and was surprised at the amount of powdery spray , but found as a deodorant it did work well.the smell was pleasant but as I shower after 12 hours I couldn't tell if it lasted 48 hrs .I did find it stung a little after shaving , but will give it credit in that I sprayed it on my teenage son ( who smells even after a shower) and he could hold his arms up for the whole day without killing us

It smelt great but that's about it I'm kind of disapointed by this product. I probably would never buy this product off the shelf and I normally buy Nivea deodorant.

This is the perfect deodorant especially over summer :-) It sprays on dry so excellent for travelling too. The fragrance isn't too strong either so definitely recommend it.

Im not usually a huge fan of Aerosol deodorants, Ive had many leave horrible white powdery marks on my clothes. I also have sensitive skin and can react to almost anything. I was pleasantly surprised with Niva stress protect. I work out every morning and most of my deodrants need to be reapplied after my work out, after 1.5 hours I sweating I was still dry under my arms and smelling fresh as a daisy. Even after a sleeping on it, I still smelt fresh which I havent found very often In a deodorant.

Highly recommend this to anyone needing a little be extra deodorant protection.

I loved the smell of this deodorant, it has a light and refreshing fragrance, and great for the summer months. I found the deodorant worked well during the hot muggy weather

I am the sort of person who is naturally a sweaty person. This means it can be hard to find a good deodorant, and when I find one I tend to stick to it. Nivea Stress Protect claims to do everything that I need in a good deodorant, and it did, most of the time.

I tried it over 3 days. The smell was nice, but not overpowering to conflict with my perfume. It definitely stopped any 'odour' and it seemed to be working for the first couple of days. It didn't make white marks on my shirts which was a big bonus.

However, day three I put it to the ultimate test. I went to a cafe which was hot because it was full of people, and I wore a denim shirt. My usual deodorant (a cool charm roll on) would have had no problems with this, however with the Nivea, after about half an hour I checked myself in a mirror and I had huge sweat pits. I haven't had that in years, and had put the deodorant on just before I went out.

My final conclusion? Good, but not something I'll stick with as it didn't seem to perform when I really needed it to.

In the name of full disclosure, I shold reveal that I am a deodorant snob. From my first days at high school, when the classroom was full of the heady smells of various body sprays, deodorants and other such products (especially before math with the super spunky Mr Greaves) I always bought the most expensive product I could afford with my paper run money. Since those days, my income may have changed, bt my standards haven't. As i lover of brightly coloured tops, my deodorant snobiness comes from an aversion to white marks or even worse, dark patches.... I was therefore mildly dubious when opening up my mail with the Nivea Stress Protect Deodorant in it. For starters, it was aerosol. I am a roll on girl - see my aversion to white marks. However, not only di the Nivea Stress Protect not leave any white marks, it also didn't leave me gasping for air, in the style of many a previous attempt at using an aerosol. So now we come to the damp patch question. This is where this product really lives up to it's name. No matter the stress I am under, Nivea Stress Protect has really protected me from outwardly showing signs of that stress. And make no mistake, I work in a stressful environment and have a few stresses at home most days too. Yet despite this, Nivea Stress Protect has kept me looking cool calm and collected at all times. In fact, the only way Nivea Stress Protect could do any more in reducing my signs of stress would be if it could serve a gin and tonic! I am a true convert to this product, it is discreet, hardworking, soft and gentle on my skin and leaves me feeling confident, cool, calm and collected.
