NIVEA Stress Protect Deodorant Aerosol Review

I really hoped that I would be converted to this product when it arrived but unfortunately that was not the case. I'm not saying that this product is bad in any way it just really is not for me. The smell was pleasant at first but very overwhelming once applied to both armpits. I probably applied to much but I never really knew when to stop. I felt as if I was gassing myself! I also found that it stung my armpits slightly. I had never tried a spray deodorant before and I think that I may stick to my trusty roll on for now. May give this brand of roll on a try once my current one has run out but we shall see when it comes to that.

Im not really a fan of aerosol deodorants as I alway use too much but I thought I would try this for a few days and use a little, a bit more and alot. I like to run about an hour 2-3 times a week so this was a perfect time to see if it did protect me for 48 hours, well at least 24 anyway. So I applied a little and went for a run, I like to think I dont smell anyway but I didnt according to the husband. Im not one to run and not shower but I did delay it til the evening. So far so good. I decided that I didnt need to use a bit more and alot as a little seemed to work. I have no idea if it would protect me for 48 hours but I will err on the side of possibly. A pleasant smell also and no irritation after shaving and then using it so also a bonus. I would still prefer a roll on but I would use it again.

I was given the spray version and as we all know with spray deodorants comes that deep inhale of stinging coldness when applied (or is that just me?). It has a pleasant scent and works quite well especially when having frustrating and rather stressful disagreements with your mother. I feel that this products biggest downfall is with it's 48hr effective anti-perspirant protection promise, compared to my usual 48hr protective deodorant Nivea did not deliver in this area for me. Once I woke up the next day I felt like I wasn't wearing any. However I do think it has quite good odour control, which is so helpful in the middle of summer. All in all it is a good product by a trusted brand but doesn't deliver on one of it's biggest selling points, compared to other brands, so will buy maybe if I need for change and could possibly recommend to others.

I don't usually use "heavy Duty" deodorants as they tend to sting me, especially after shaving but this one was fine. After the initial cold blast it didn't take long to dry and I was impressed with how it lasted.

This morning I gave it a real stress test....grocery shopping with my 2 year old grandson. And my mum. Nivea stood up a lot better than my nerves.

I would rate it higher but I found the scent annoying although it did fade.

This appeared to work okay combating sweat from being hot, from stress i'm not sure. Loved the fragrance.

I didn't really know what to expect with this. I figured it would just be another standard deodorant. First impression when I used it was that I loved the pressure of the spray. It felt like I was actually giving good coverage unlike some brands. It was slightly perfumed, which did not altogether bother me, but I would have preferred it with no scent. Did it work....... Sort of. I am not completely convinced. After a couple of days of running around meeting new clients, and having a performance review at work, I felt it did lessen my nervous sweating quite a bit, did not completely prevent it like I thought it would. Overall, it was ok but I am not completely convinced it is the best deodorant out there, but it is better than some I have tried!

I thought the intention was good, I liked the idea that it would "activate" during times of stress or when you just need that extra bit of protection. However it left white marks on my black shirt which was a bit of a let down. I did however like the scent and that I did feel relatively dry throughout the day

This was the most powerful Aerosol spray I have come across I felt it left quite a big white mist in the room for a while after use I also found the smell to be a bit to strong for my liking. But in saying this is did a great job and lasted all day and with the heat we have been having it worked well and didn't leave wet patches under my armpits of my clothes and the smell stayed fresh all day long. I also found It left white dusty patches on my darker tops so would advise not using when you are already dressed overall it did what it was suppose to and lasted a long time.

Well I don't ever use aerosol deodorants as I found in the past they gave me bad hay fever and severe headaches so needless to say I was very hesitant to try this one but I am very happy to report No Sneezing!! Yay! This product smells great and lasted really well, I've had a pretty stressful couple of days so it was put to the test and passed thank you BR xx

This was definitely a nice aerosol with a lovely smell. I think it did give me quite good protection, but I am really a fan of roll ons and I don't think I would swap from using a roll on. This said, I would recommend it to people who like aerosols - there were no white marks left on clothes and it was definitely refreshing!
