I had mixed results with this product. The first time I used it, it was great! A really muggy day, a very stressful event and it kept me fresh and dry. But other times I used it, it wasn't so good.
For me, roll-on provides much better protection. But as far as aerosols go it was pretty good.
On the plus side, it smells great and doesn't leave any white marks.
I would probably use it again.
This aerosol was the first I've tried in a long time. I've been a long time user of clinical strength. For what it was I think it worked well and had a good fragrance but personally I think I will stick with the stronger clinical strength deodorant because it didn't keep me as dry.
I sweat a lot so takes a good deodorant to stop me feeling like I have to do the snift test! This deodorant works well and I would love to try the Roll on as I am not really into spray. So after trying this I won't rule out buying the roll on! This did work for me so was pleasantly surprised!
I have never been a fan of aerosol and this hasn't changed my mind. However, this deodorant smells great and does give awesome protection against sweat. I used it before exercise and it was just as good as their roll-ons. The only complaint i have is that you do need to let it dry properly for it to work...so if you are in a hurry you might need to flap your arms a bit to help it dry quicker.
I tried this deodorant while I was at work, and while I was at home on the weekends.
It worked fine on the weekends when I was relaxing and just doing some errands.
However, it did not work so well for me while I was at work. I work in an office type situation, but it can get very stressful very quickly. For the morning I thought it was great, it worked super well, I didnt feel sticky or sweaty, but when the later afternoon came around I did begin to feel a little sticky, like it was wearing off.
It smells super strong at first, so I wouldn't recommended spraying it in a small enclosed room. Once the smell begins to wear down after 20 minutes it is pleasant and fresh. Also, it left absolutely no white marks on my clothing.
I would recommend this deodorant to people who don't naturally sweat or get hot, and also I will continue to wear it on weekends as it worked great for me then.
I feel like maybe the roll-on of this deodorant might work better, as the spray came out feeling dry and sat on the top of the skin, rather than a roll-on which applies wet and then dries and almost seals over the skin.
Tips: Make sure you are completely dry from the shower before you apply, and try to spray it in a more open room.
I found that this lasted just a little over 24 hours. It smells yummy and does protect from body odour for the 24 hours, especially when I was having bit of a stressful time at home. But all I can say, is that it does not last 48 hours in the slightest. Edit: Found this doesn't even work 24 hours anymore- I put it on at 7am and I was slightly BO'ish by 8 that night. Prefer to go back to my mitchum.
So, let's not stress out about whether the Nivea Stress Protect Deodorant Aerosol actually works under stressful conditions alright?
The light, breezy aroma of this Nivea deodorant is very likely to entice me the next time I'm shopping for everyday use deodorants.
Tips: Claims to offer 48 hour long protection under stressful conditions, I beg to differ. Does the job for a regular day out and about however. Go for it!
I thought this was a good everyday deodorant. It was easy to apply and I didn't have to wait long for it to dry. Smell is nice, but it could be too strong for some people but personally it did not bother me. I wouldn't say it last 48 hours though to be fair I didn't actually test it for that long but it did last a good 12 hours between showers. Overall I thought it was a good product but nothing amazing.
I found Nivea Stress Protect Deodorant Aerosol to do what it said. It protected me even after going for a two hour walk and running around after a toddler all day. I found it left a slight residue on my clothes but not a lot like some products. I like the fragrance and had no problems with stinging, but I didn't apply it straight after shaving. With the humidity we have been having lately it's been great to be trialing a product like this.
When I was asked to trial this product I didn't really have high hopes as I am quite a heavy sweater and not much out there helps. I did love the smell, it's light and fresh and not too over powering. I think it did minimise perspiration and it would probably work well for someone who wasn't very sweaty. But for me it did have minimal effects. I would probably keep using it anyway as it did smell really good!
