As a sun lotion it works great, I didnt get sunburn in or out of the ocean. But for me it is way to oily and thick! Plus it never soaked in, I felt like a greasy person all day and badly wanted a shower. Plus sand stuck everywhere!! For the purpose it is intended for its great but made me uncomfortable and gross so personally wouldn't use it again

I like this sunscreen because of its high SPF. I normally use it my children and myself when we're swimming, as we have a shower straight after. The lotion is thick and very white ,so when we apply it , it leaves a white residue making us all look a bit grey, and not to forget that this is very stick too,so I don't find it suitable when out and about as we would end up being a hot sticky mess, so it is just limited to the swimming pool.
Living in a country where half an hour in the sun can cause some serious sunburn, it's always been important to me to get a reliable sunscreen!
What attracted me to this product in the first place was it's affordable price compared to other brands of sunscreen, and the fact that it provides a high level of protection from the sun - SPF50+.
However, the first time I went to use it was when I was out camping and about to go swimming. Whilst the actual lotion seemed promising because of it's thick consistency, I found that it leaves a greyish sort of tinge to wherever it was applied (which is annoying, but alright since it offered such good protection), but I found that as soon as I got into the water, that the sunscreen started to run all over the place which was problematic when it ran from my forehead to my eyes.
Whilst I understand that sunscreen isn't meant to go into people's eyes, it is something to consider, especially when going in or near the water. What I like is that you don't need a lot of sunscreen when applying, it goes a long way!
Nivea is such a trusty brand and it's one that I can always rely on. I only gave it a 3 however since I still have yet to find the perfect sunscreen in this bottle. I wouldn't say it's anything bad and it's definitely above average than other sunscreen brands but still nothing I love and would reach for often. The smell is actually quite subtle which is better than other brands but the stickiness afterwards is terrible which I do find common amongst sun lotions. It's definitely moisturising and what you pay for is amazing since it definitely does stop you from sunburning. So if you're not too picky about sunscreen lotions then it'll be perfect for you however for me I don't really find it to be all that amazing
Have used this in the past but not one of my favorites. Was rather thick and sticky to rub in especially on the kids and found it made hair greasy around the hairline or if it came into contact with it. Averagely priced everyday sunscreen.
This is a good sunscreen, protects as a sunscreen should... I just don't like the smell. I would use again, because I have it, but I wouldn't purchase it again.
This was a product that I applied to both myself and my child too - it smelt nice and neither of us got any sunbrun so it did protect us that way - little one had a topical reaction to it though - he broke out in a rash when ever I applied it for some reason.
This is a good, big sunscreen to have around for the summer, and it works fine for all skin types. However, this product is quite greasy when applied, and especially if you've gotten in the water while wearing it. I found too that if you try and apply this at the beach you not only end up greasy, but with sand grains stuck all over you, so it's best to apply at home.
I found this sun lotion, very light and easy to apply. It was a light non- greasy sun lotion that is easy to apply. The only issue I had with it and why I wouldn't buy it again is one of my kids reacted to this lotion. She has sensitive skin and broke out in a rash. So now we use a different brand that I know she doesn't react too.
Tips: Great smooth applying lotion, pop it in your bag the next time you head to the beach
This product is OK, does the job in terms of sun protection however it is too greasy and smells gross. Is not ideal for the beach either as I've I get covered in a sticky sandy greasy mess when applying this at the beach. Def prefer the spray to the lotion
