Omgosh I brought these in a pack from nyx site itself and it truly is worth all the hype. Makes great and pigmented eyeshadow and eyeliner, definitely a product worth having and not expensive either though if it was I actually would pay more for it I love it that much.

The Nyx jumbo pencils are a cult product and the first one I chose about a year about was a nice creamy brown colour. Even with a primer this creased very badly with my hooded eyelids. However, this year I have purchased FIVE new colours - light green, dark green, black, white and purple. Why?! These are amazing for costumes! You can do amazing coloured makeup designs with these pencils, and they are much easier to use than face paint because you can precisely draw on your face and body. My favourite design is two face from the Batman films (Google it!).
I have the nyx jumbo eye pencil in milk and black bean. I primarily use the shade milk, not as an eyeshadow or a liner, but as a base. I find because it is a creamy/white shade it is really effective when u layer your "coloured" eyeshadows on top. It helps the shadows be more vibrant and also makes them last way longer and not crease. I simply close my eyes, draw over my lid with the jumbo pencil, then blend with my finger. These are really good as bases, and so affordable.
Milk. The impossible to find colour. I searched high & low for this beauty to no avail, until SUDDENLY a wild Milk appeared online & I snatched it up in the nick of time. I am forever on the prowl as I would like to stock up, i'm afraid i'll run out. It is the PERFECT colour, I can use it as a base for my eyeshadow, and eyeshadow alone, in my waterline, the possibilities are endless.
Tips: Whenever you see it buy it, they don't last long!
I love the colours and vibrancy of the NYX jumbo pencils. I have 3 but probable my most used is milk. It helps make any eyeshadow that you place on top, brighter (especially great for bright, colourful eye shadows) there are a few negatives though. Finding a sharpener big enough and Creasing (oh my goodness, it creases) I do love it but you need to be light handed and apply lightly as to not crease as much. It also helps to dust a skin tone colour all over your lid after using it, as a base for your other shadows.
Tips: Don't use when not sharpened! Ouch!
I use my NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk for highlighting areas along the eyes and brows and it works wonders, the only let-down would be the lack of twist-top to allow ease of access to the product as you go! You will need to purchase a jumbo-sized sharpener to peel down the plastic pencil itself, OR, if you're feeling more creative, you can look up a de-potting tutorial online.
Tips: Buy a BIG sharpener! NYX sells one especially for this pencil.
These NYX pencils are amazing! Use them by themselves or underneath eyeshadow for a base. They are so easy to use in the pencil form just swipe them onto the lid and pat out with your fingers or a flat eyeshadow brush. So many pigmented, creamy colours that are all amazing! I definitely need to purchase them all! 100% easy to use. They are great for beginners also
I have the jumbo pencil in milk and i love it. I heard it raved about for aaages and finally decided to purchase. i love using this on my waterline smudged out to make my eyes appear brighter. Lasts forever i've had it for months and haven't even needed to sharpen! Stays on really well also
I have the Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk and it is my favourite ways to make all colours pop when applied. I have used it for a couple of years and only had to repurchase once.
Tips: It does crease on my lids if I don't apply a primer first
Yes, the hype around this product is real! Many YouTubers have raved about this product, and for good reason. This is a cheap creamy eyeshadow base which is multifunctional. I have the colour "Milk" and I use it as an eyeshadow base to make my shadows adhere and last better, as well as appear brighter. I use it as a highlighter on my face under my shimmer highlighters, and I also use it to brighten my lower waterline and make my eyes appear bigger and brighter. I really like this product as it is a good quality for it's price. My only con about this product is that it is quite difficult to sharpen due to it's size and the packaging, however I just use a brush to get it out now. Overall, this is a great product, and something that I would consider a staple in any makeup user's kit, especially if you are looking for a cheaper alternative to something like a MAC paintpot.
