Oasis Beauty Fruit Smoothie Exfoliating Mask Review

I was given a full size of this beautiful scrub and mask in one product by my cousin who is a huge fan of any NZ natural or organic skin care products.

I can feel the difference to my skin straight after I used it the first time! My skin was baby soft and so very smooth. The jojoba beads are very fine so its not too harsh for my face.

I have tried using it as a mask and scrub my skin after the mask have sit on my skin for 20 - 30 minutes before rinsing off. I quite like that it is a 2 in one product for days I just want to give my skin special treatment.

I received this in a sample size - Oasis are insanely generous with their sample sizes, and each one really allows you to figure out how you feel about a product before you pay out the (admittedly high) sum to purchase.

The sample lasted me for around 5 masks, plus a couple of spot treatments. I actually prefer using it for spots personally.

One thing I love about Oasis Beauty Fruit Smoothie is the very thin layer of product you can get away with applying. Rather than the caked on, gungy look thicker masks leave you with, this just makes your face look like it has a brown tinge to it. As this doesn't dry and flake of either it's very easy to wear for the 20-30 recommended minutes. As you wash it off it turns into a lovely exfoliant. If you were short on space when travelling etc then this would be a great 3 in one (spot treatment, mask and exfoliant) to consider packing.

The sample came in a cute purple pottle that I've reappropriated to take foundation to the gym. It's a vaguely fleshy dark pink colour with a fruity scent and very small granules.

My preferred method is to clean my face, pop it onto spots and leave it (however long you feel like, I fell asleep in it last week) to draw out and heal the spots. As a mask, I've used better. As an exfoliant only, it's pretty pricey. But as a spot treatment it's effective.

Tried it, liked it, would certainly recommend it - but probably won't repurchase as for $50 it's just not special enough for me. Thanks Oasis for the freebie though - really pleased to have given it a try, and definitely know of friends who like it so will have to keep that in mind when I'm Christmas shopping!

This product had good reviews basically that's how I've been buying all my products thru the rave reviews and it's Oasis so it has to be great. unfortunately I don't like it. The product has an usual appearance but nice colour pinky grapefruit look. It is a twonderful in one product either a scrub/exfoliater or a mask you choose. Use is just like a scrub and rinse off or leave it on the face as a mask then rinse off. Either way I didn't like it. I know I don't want to be negative. But I found as a mask it didn't provide me the clinging tight feel or the hardness that a mask has when left on. So wasn't overly impressed with its mask effect. as for a scrub well it was ok. Not awesome but ok. Everything about it wants me to say its awesome the ingredients are all awesome the look of it the paste type consistency really does look like a smoothy and it has a friendly scent like all natural products do. That kind of scent you know it's good to eat or soak into your skin. It just wasn't my cup of tea. I still love Oasis. Maybe this suits the type of person who likes the lighter application of skin care masks and exfoliaters ?

I got a sample of this and I got 4 good uses out of a small pottle so it is safe to safe that a little does go a long way.

You really get a good 2 for 1 deal. The jojoba beads are so fine they exfoliate your skin really well but at the same time they aren't harsh. This is the first mask type product that I havnt had a reaction with.

I exfoliate with the beads first and then leave on. The mask is gentle to wear and feels nice and natural. Washing off can be a little bit annoying, those beads just get everywhere.

My skin is so much smoother and I will be purchasing. I don't think the price is that bad considering how much uses you will get out of it

This is a gorgeous face mask and scrub combined. It has a lovely fruity smell and is a berry colour. I apply it after cleansing and leave it to dry. When I wash it off it exfoliates my skin and leaves it clean and smooth. This is nice as a little treat and a skin pick me up.

I had heard rave reviews about this one but unfortunately I didn't quite get the hype. I found it really odd in texture to wear as a masque so I tended to use it as a scrub/quick mask in the shower. It did a good job of exfoliating my skin, and I did like the small grains as opposed to a more chunky scrub as I feel like it does a better job. The scent was sort of a fruity playdough, a little strange but no offensive. I think if this was a bit cheaper I would probably be happy enough with this as my exfoliator but at $40 this is not really worth it to me.

This wee pot of fruityness arrived to me with a bunch of other samples. It's a exfoliator and mask in one, since the sample amount was so generous I was able to try both ways four over two weeks. The first time I exfoliated I actually found it a bit stingy but my face did feel very refreshed and clean after washing off. Later that week I tried the mask and I was much more impressed with the results! Mu skin felt firm yet so soft! I felt my face had a nice glow to it and when I applied makeup the next morning it just glided on and looked so nice. No dry patches or lumps.

The following week I did the same again and this time no sting after exfoliating, again was more impressed with the face mask but both were very energizing & refreshing to my skin.

The scent as always is lovely and always nice to know I'm not using any chemicals on my face. would I repurchase? Not sure. Perhaps if it was a bit more grunt as a exfoliator I would!

I received a sample of this about a year ago and immediately had to order full size! I have oily, very acne-prone skin. There isn't enough words to express how much I love this product. It's so easy and use and drastically improves breakouts and makes my skin look much clearer and brighter. It just looks overall really healthy when I use this!

When I first applied this, i had to have a little giggle to myself because my face looked sun burnt. You only need a tiny amount, it spreads really well over the skin so one bottle will last ages! I've been using mine for months now and I'm only just coming to the end *tears*.

It has a scent but I don't really know how to describe it. It's not strong or overpowering, it's just nice. The packaging is your typical Oasis Beauty packaging. I love their packaging because you get every last bit of product out, and you can clearly see how much is left so you can replace it before it runs out!

Overall I would 100% recommend this and i notice a major difference in my skin if I take a break and use something else! It's just amazing, yes the price is a bit steep (especially on a student budget!) but if you can get the funds together, it is totally worth it. Think of it as investing in your overall skin health hehe.

I just run out of my previous mask and was ecstatic to win a full size Fruit Smoothie. I absolutely loved the packaging, loved the ingredients and loved the effects it had on my skin. My skin is quite sensitive to new products but did not react at all to this one! With the product being a two in one, i applied as a mask first and then scrubbed it off with a cloth. The colour is an unusual orangey hue, looks like you have horrible sunburn or spaghetti sauce on your face. The smell is not over powering at all and my skin felt amazing afterwards. Results would vary depending on how much you use, with how small the beass are you can use it daily as a quick scrub in the shower or as a mask when you soak in the tub. All in all I LOVE IT and it makes me feel better about putting products on my face if they are just that much more healthier for you.

I love this brand as it's a NZ brand. The color of this is weeeeiiirrrdddd, my husband got a shock when I walked into the living room with this on! The grains are a medium size and it didn't feel like it was too harsh for my skin. However, because of all the rubbing with getting it off with a wet cloth, my face was left quite red and splotchy. It did settle after a bit though. It left my face quite smooth and soft, but typical of all other exfoliators I've tried.
